The guy that answered the phone was more than helpful, listened to my scenario, and gave great advice in about 3 minutes of his time. This was a awesome surprise after speaking to another repair company (see 'Champion'). If after my own attempt does not fix the problem (altho so far so good), I will definitely give them a call to schedule service.

Joe actually returned my phone call promptly on a Sunday and diagnosed it on the phone - he gave me a few tips and it got me up and running again before he came out to replace the broken part. Joe always calls to let you know he's on his way and he thoroughly explains the issue with the appliance. Two weeks later, no call and they forgot to order parts. another week and they came to do the replacement - knocked, we didn't hear it and left after 10 minutes. I called the guy as I saw his truck pull away and he basically said "too late I will have to reschedule and he had other service calls". Home office told me the same thing call next week. I'm trapped - paid like $ 159 for 5 minute service assessment and almost a month later dryer is still broke.

I even went to the address listed in Apple Maps and they had moved. The call center is a gd nightmare. I must've called them five times to explain our situation. They tried to overcharge me for a warranty. They tried to charge me for parts that weren't needed. They promised me an appointment and then moved it back five days. A second tech had to come back a different week. One of the techs missed a diagnosis and also canceled one of the appointments. He was overtly very frustrated with the call center as well and it resulted in an unpleasant demeanor. Family of five without a dishwasher for weeks is very stressful. Taylor is great.

I called back and asked why as I was told it was free. I was just told it's $350. No other answer why. So I canceled. Felt completely deceived... if I didn't call back or didn't get the message they would have shown up and wanted $350 for the trip. Very poor way to run a business. Will never call them again.

We had a lot of water damage and mold from a leaky roof. They didn't fix what they were supposed to the first time so they had to come back and do it again.
