I also purchased a 5 year warrenty from them with Epic Protect. When I contacted Epic, on a Saturday morning, after I was told to get an estimate by Brothers Main employee. I sent the Estimate in immediately to Epic they could not help me on that day, and they said the same when I called again on Monday, but they would call me. I could not wait for days for them to return my call and I purchased a new refrigerator and had it installed and the LG removed. After that on Wednesday, they called and said they could not help me because I needed to call LG and they would not help me because I had gotten rid of the LG. I told them that I had gotten the warrenty through Epic, but now Epic says I needed to go through. I could not wait days without a refrigerator. The compressor was deemed bad by the repair company. Therefore, I purchased a new refrigerator at a different appliance store and it was delivered before Epic got back to me on Wednesday. Brothers Main is returning the cost of my warrenty. I will never purchase anything from or recommend Brothers Main to anyone. Brothers Main said they do not sell Epic Warranties any longer. I am out the cost of a new refrigerator, and, in the future will not purchase another Warrenty..

I'll always go to Olson's for vacuum cleaner purchases and repair for my home, our cabin and my office. They sell good vacuums and their service is excellent. They explain everything and demo all the attachments. I didn't feel as though they tried to sell me something that I didn't need. I can't think of anything they could do to improve so I rated them as high as possible. I don't usually do that. I have 2 Riccar vacuums for myself and I gave one as a Christmas present to my daughter. I need to replace my office vacuum so I'm going to Olson's--they'll give me $100 on the trade in even though the vacuum is completely worn out and they'll recycle the parts! read more

A second tech had to come back a different week. One of the techs missed a diagnosis and also canceled one of the appointments. He was overtly very frustrated with the call center as well and it resulted in an unpleasant demeanor. Family of five without a dishwasher for weeks is very stressful. Taylor is great.
