I have explained to them a million times my mom doesn't live with me. I have taken pictures of neighbors who have street parking but yet they don't charge them for street parking. They make it very difficult for my family to live here and I know it is because we are renters. Spring just started and they have charged me $300 so far for weeds. and it take 4-6 weeks to treat and kill weeds. Now, I have to ruin my credit and move me and my family out due to the consistent harassment we get from this company. I am currently under contract with a property, Jessie Nelms is the sellers agent. The appraisal came in less and now per Jessie Nelms her client wants to renegotiate the contract and not pay the closing costs that he already signed and agreed to! She also said that her client is seeing that rates are high, what does that have to do with our contract! We have a binding contract! How can a sellers agent allow her seller to do that? I have invested over $1000 for the inspection and the appraisal and now the seller wants to back out of a contract! Jessie even had the nerve to say, now that they have my appraisal they can negotiate a better deal with someone else! I'm packed thinking Im thinking I have closing coming up and this is the disreputable selling agent I am dealings with. The seller or the agent needs to reimburse me for the money I have spent!
