My own take is that she was usually a step slower than others to respond. And while everyone else went to look at the condo before getting back to me, she didn't. Both of these may be on account of the fact that she holds down a different day job. Perhaps she has an assistant or two at her disposal, but I'm skeptical that she would be able to provide the attention that I would have needed. I also asked that they not start the eviction process as I am only TWO WEEKS late. I am a single mother and am having to reach out to organizations for help as well as look for a second job. McCoy Realty was not willing to work with me on this. They slapped an additional $400 for an eviction fee. Not to mention, our roof has been leaking for approximately a week and a half with no mentions of fixing it. The lease states all things are to be fixed in 48 hours, this is false.
