They also have all of our money in their accounts. How scary is that? Over $200 -they have to write the check. They charge a fee to write a check as well! It's our money! The inspections are a joke, nothing is addressed or ever fixed. Entrances look horrible. Weeds and lack of mulch for multiple homes. There's NO enforcement of bylaws. Every Neighborhood review they have is FAKE - Notice no one ever says what community they're from. They take care of nothing, and use valuable money from HOA's to produce letters. There are so many better companies out there. The many HOA's need to get rid of this company and get a company that actually does their job!

Instead of focusing on keeping properties beautifully maintained, their focus seems to be on giving fines for trivial property aesthetics like dirty driveways and mailboxes, to single vehicles parked in their own driveway. I actually got a violation once for my green man "kids at play" that was put outside while my kids were playing, because cars drive well over the speed limit and my young children's safety was the focus. I was told the sign affected the aesthetics of the neighborhood. After calling, the lady I spoke with agreed that the notice was absurd, but I think the young adults this company hires needs to be better trained.

this place was the worst place i've ever rented from. i stayed in unit 107 for right under 2 years…read morein their townhomes near sandtown ( im only giving out the exact unit any potential resident's health because of what i experienced). i experienced multiple sewage back ups and unsanitary conditions. because of their horrible living conditions and their negligence i was exposed to black mold. i had to be on medicines for a while and ultimately i don't know how this will effect my health. i had to pay for my own mold testing because they refused. i had to take extreme measures to end my lease. then on top of that they charged me for clean up when the unit was not cleaned e when i moved in and my mold docs specifically stated i should not have paid for that. i also know other residents that have had both inspect infestation and rats in their home. people have experienced their ceiling falling in also. also another person had sewage back but with shit. i wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. please save you money and your health and dont go here.
