To salvage our vacation we were lucky to find a company that came to our rescue. NW Adventures and could rent us a motorhome replacement last minute. They were quick to respond and Julie was a model of proficiency to help us on our way. We rented a 24FT Four Winds. It had everything we needed and a great layout. The entire staff was great, and no trick gotcha hidden fees in that fine print you don't catch. During our trip Julie was readily available for any questions we had while in the far north. While all components worked, this motorhome was built during Covid and it was clear quality and workmanship had taken a hit. Regardless, that's not anything to do with NW Adventures and they have quite a variety of equipment to choose from. I would rent from them again in an instant.

On August 12, 2024, I contacted Via RV and requested a quote to replace an oil pump. At which…read moretime, they advised that they did not have the correct tools. On April 14, 2025, I followed up with Via RV to see if they would now be able to replace my oil pump. On April 30, 2025, I have my Motorhome towed into Via RV to replace the Oil Pump. Per David at Via RV, after a diagnoses of my motorhome, David advised that it did not need an oil pump and there was just an electrical issue, which he stated he fixed. We drove home approximately 2 miles and all was fine. On May 24, my husband attempted to go out of town and while on the freeway, the same thing happened the motorhome lost all oil pressure and the engine stopped. Due to this being a holiday weekend, on May 27, 2025, I reached out to David at Via RV to advise what happened and we scheduled a mobile mechanic service to come out on 6/13. David states that the charge for the mobile mechanic would be $150.00 unless it fell under the 90-day warranty. Unfortunately, Via RV missed this appointment, with no notice to me and after I reached out to them, they scheduled a mechanic to come out on 6/14. After the mechanic did a diagnosis of our motorhome, he advised that the engine seized, the mechanic contacted David and told us that he would reach out to us on Monday 6/16. Furthermore, it must have fallen under the 90-day warranty as they did not charge me for the appointment. After not hearing from David on 6/16, I followed up via text asking for an update. Davis responded on 6/17 advising I needed to check with other shops as they fix "starting issues" not anything to do with the oil issues that the RV was having. I have my receipt from 4/30 which stating they did replace the oil pump but text messages advising that oil pump did not need to be replaced and it was just an "electrical issue" and they were unable/unwilling to help.

Mike was great at providing everything we'd need... soap, toilet paper, a cooler, bedding... everything! He was prompt in returning the security deposit, was very accommodating, and not too far from the SeaTac airport. My mom and I are already planning another trip to Washington next summer and will definitely try to book with Mike!

It had great safety features like slowing down when getting too close to the other cars, alerting when getting too close to the side of the road with an ariel view on the dash, and flashing a red light on the side mirrors when a car was in a blind spot. The owners were very particular about the cleanliness, everything that went into the camper was sanitized. The owners provided us a hassle-free and stress-free experience. They supplied all the basic amenities from kitchenware, towels, vacuum, trash bags, seasonings, even shampoo/conditioner and hand sanitizers, all we had to bring were foods and clothes. Even more, they delivered the camper to the RV park, set it all up, taught me how to operate it, even refilled one of the empty propane tanks in the middle of our week-long stay.
