We encountered many sleazy salesmen and felt like a number at many of the dealerships. Luckily, we found the model we wanted at Baydo's. We met with salesman, Casey Loreth who was honest and up-front and addressed all of our concerns. Unfortunately, we were unable to obtain financing for the model we wanted but Casey said he had a used model he wanted us to check out. It had all the amenities we were looking for and we went for it. Casey called me within 2 hours after leaving the dealership to let us know we had been approved. He let me know he was with another customer and would call me back with the details but wanted to let me know as soon as he heard. Between approval and delivery we exchanged texts and he always responded quickly. He never made us feel like we were a burden. He was helpful and went above and beyond repeatedly. When we went to pick up our trailer we met with finance manager Kim Smith. He was also very warm and made us feel at home. He made us laugh repeatedly. He said his job was to make this process fun since RVing is supposed to be enjoyable. He did not want it to be a painful process and he could tell he really enjoyed what he did. Baydo's has a customer for life and I will definitely refer my friends and family there.

The company tried to give us a shorter RV than what we rented, we declined that one and they pulled an RV from "Off Fleet". We took it and quickly discovered that the refrigerator did not work and could not be repaired. We wound up having to store our food in coolers for the duration of our two week trip. They did try to resolve the issue but it was not fixable. Additionally, our toilet in the RV clogged. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. We asked for a discount when we dropped off the RV and were told we had to wait to hear from the corporate office, specifically Victoria. Since we returned two weeks ago, we haven't heard a single thing from the company. Its a really disappointing experience. DO NOT RENT FROM APOLLO.

The techs were friendly and to the point. We met the owner, a Mr. O'Neil who was happy to discuss the units specs with me. I am an automotive enthusiast and like to know what's under the hood, he answered all of my questions. Stephanie, the person handling our contract was very good too. Thank all of you! The rental outlet relocated since the time we made the reservation to the time of us picking up the unit. FYI, the current location is: 140 134th Street South, Parkland, Tacoma, Washington, 98444 The place is nothing to look at but it is very efficient and convenient to get to. I don't want to pay for the overhead of a fancy showroom anyway. Bottom line, would I rent from Apollo again? Yes, absolutely.

On Friday, the day before our visit, we confirmed that we would be coming down Saturday morning. We arrived around 9:30 a.m., and Martha initially helped us with a few things. We then spent nearly two hours thoroughly inspecting the camper. Before making a purchase, we simply asked to have the camper hooked up to water so we could verify there were no leaks and confirm the water pump worked. At that point, Josh walked by and said, "You're wasting your damn time. You're not going to find anything." I replied that I simply wanted to verify there were no leaks and that everything functioned properly. He then said, "It's sold," and walked away with an attitude, ignoring me when I tried to confirm what he had just said. I went back to Martha to ask what was going on, and she confirmed that a deposit had been placed on the camper the previous day. My question was simple: if the camper already had a deposit on it, why weren't we told before driving an hour each way and spending two hours inspecting it? We had confirmed our appointment the day before, yet no one mentioned that the camper was no longer effectively available. Throughout the inspection, we also had to repeatedly ask for basic things such as the keys, the slide-out remote, and water to test the plumbing. The battery was dead, so we couldn't even start the generator. Every request felt like an inconvenience to the staff. The only bright spot was one employee who was polite, helpful, and appeared genuinely frustrated by how we were being treated. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name. Poor communication is one thing, but allowing customers to spend hours inspecting a camper that already has a deposit--and then having an employee speak to them disrespectfully--is completely unacceptable. Guy also tried to run an $8000 claim on light damage to rear bumper from a motorist that tagged the back while we were away from vehicle. I'm not a body guy, but I've done enough car repair to know that this was clearly fraudulent. -When I tried to call to see where my refund was for $300 deductible on claim, I had to leave three separate messages with the guy who could barely speak English at the front desk, before finally had to call and demand to speak with the owner. This was over three weeks time.
