I know nothing about SF and was worried because I don't like feeling out of control when I travel and this being last minute I didn't have my normal prep and research time. Gail set my mind at ease and gave me many options to consider. The hotel was adorable and within walking distance of the consulate and the flights were just when I needed. She also went above and beyond travel agent duties in helping me with the visa process, which is really no fun, and rather intimidating. Gail is my new go to travel gal, totally recommend.

Do not exchange US dollars for foreign currency with AAA!! We paid them $300 US dollars to exchange…read more& actually received half of what the present exchange rate is. So we essentially gave them $310 for $150 worth of foreign currency. The bank they use PNC, made $150 on us. We wanted to return the money & cancel the transaction an hour later when we realized we got ripped off! but we told they don't buy back currency. We could have done far better just at an airport atm! We are very disappointed with AAA and will definitely not be using their currency exchange service ever again! Just shop around between your local banks for this service.

This has saved us many times in our lives from being stranded. The free maps and tours books are a good plus as well. You can also get discounts on hotels/motels etc. They also offer insurance for your home and auto if you need a quote to compare what you are currently paying. Service at this location can be poor as the employees seem to care less.
