Delicious cookies. Everything smells very fresh. The store is very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

My daughters were pretty excited about Crumbl. Out of the blue they started talking about it, I guess it's a big thing in their junior high school. So one day while we were out doing some stuff, they kind of forced me to stop by and I was like what the hell why not? What can I say? The cookies were very expensive, 12 were nearly $50! And after tasting a few, they were definitely not a big hit. Of the selection we bought some seemed to be undercooked, while others were a disgusting, cloyingly sweet mess. On top of the quality issues, the employees were not the nicest, just kind of aloof and passive aggressively rude. Imagine the most snooty Starbucks barista, that x10. I generally don't like desserts and sweets to begin with, and going to Crumbl kind of reinforced that entire idea. My kids were less negative about it, but they definitely didn't like it as much as they thought they would. Overall two stars. I'm not really sure what all the hype's about, but I'm not seeing how this is going to last long term. read more

The interior was incredibly clean! And my purser was ready super fast. The two cookies were great. But they were out of the drizzle for the Dubai chocolate brownie and the tres leches cake had very little flavor. Highly recommend their standard cookies. They do those ~right~. read more

I wish I could say better, I love crumbl. This is my first visit to this store. They were out of the cookie that we wanted. They said that the cookie was still in the oven, had to cool and then get iced. So it was going to be a while. Also that a women was waiting for in front of us if we were going to wait it would be longer. She was really nice about the situation, but they need to keep up on bringing out the cookies. They are open until midnight and we came in before 9. So they have plenty of people who were going to come in. Clearly we don't have our cookie. This location is off our list. read more

These cookies are amazing! No wonder they are all over Tik Tok! I heard about them from my sister though, she said my nieces made her drive 20 minutes to get them after they kept seeing them on TikTok! I found the options kind of limited, I was expecting them to be more like the ones with brownies and cakes inside and I was hoping for a red velvet one! But these DID NOT disappoint! If you are not crazy like me and don't want to try 4 different flavors, you can always get a single one for like $5, and they're HUGE! I like the fact that there's a screen when you walk in so you don't need to wait for a cashier to place your order. I placed my order on one of the screens in there and paid with Apple Pay. My order was ready in less than 5 minutes. The cookies come out warm and so fresh like they just came out of the oven. I feel like they are constantly baking them because they are busy all day long! The location I went to was more like a grab and go so there were no tables or chairs to sit and wait, but like I said, there is no wait! They are super fast and the staff were very nice. ok i never ever write reviews but every time i come here there's genuinely always something wrong with the desserts. they're either not frosted/not properly frosted, skimped on the toppings or missing them entirely, not served warm when they're supposed to be, inconsistently sized; the wait is also unnecessarily long even when there's no one else in the store, etc.. i swear the employees at this location absolutely do not care. every time i think it's going to be different i'm proven wrong; going to have to stick to going out of my way to coral springs, at least they know what they're doing. this location is just so weak in comparison to literally every other location in the area. read more

Very disappointing experience, placed order online 3 days in advance for a Bday party. Order first was not found then once located it has handed partial, when inquiring regarding the situation no one was able to provide a solution nor refund. Call left a VM , called back and they requested to call Back tomorrow as they couldn't help. First time visiting and i can honestly say im pleased with the cookies . I wish they had more options that day but i settled for what was on the menu. I had the 4 pack which consisted of the chocolate chip cookies 6/10 , the waffle cookie something 8/10, another was a banana something i can't remember 8/10 and the the last was a snickerdoodle cookie which i give a 5/10 . The cookies where def shareable size and soft it even was still fresh the next morning when i ate it still was soft enough to enjoy I'll definitely be back to try some other flavors . The cookies are delicious, but I do not recommend for any deliveries. If as a business you are advertising deliveries for your product, you need to take responsibility for the end to end transaction. Do not make this available to your customers if you cannot support it. Asking your customers to "call door dash and request a new driver" when the delivery is delayed or did not take place even though the order was placed through your website is not a solution. read more

Cookies were great and up to standards...however, I'm not here to review the food. I'm here to review the terrible customer service. I have came to this location numerous times and almost every single time it's the same terrible staff. They don't greet you when you come in and will leave a line at the front and not even acknowledge our existence. I used to work in the food service industry so I completely understand being busy, but at least say hey welcome in we'll be with you in just a minute. There was like 6 workers and ALL of them would make eye contact and continue to ignore all of us. No smile, no niceties. Would do the bare minimum to get the job done. I like crumbl (sometimes). Their cookies are good if you only take one bite. The amount of calories in them are insane - not ideal for a mom of 3 trying to lose that extra fat. My kids love the gummy shark cookie. Personally, I despise when crumbl puts a pie or a brownie instead of a cookie. They are a cookie shop, I don't want banana pudding/pies etc. The crumble store itself is quite small near me. I don't mind it, but sometimes I see customers waiting OUTSIDE because the area can only fit around 8 people (which is not a lot considering most people come in groups). The store is clean, but I do not like that it doesn't accept cash. My teenage daughter is not eligible for a card yet and cannot buy with her own cash money when she's out with friends. She complains to me that it is so unaccommodating that they only take card. The staff never usually interact with the customers and I would say their service is superb and managed fairly quickly. Overall I give crumbl a mediocre 3 stars rating as my kids love crumbl mondays, but there are too many cons that cannot be overlooked. read more

I ordered DoorDash twice this weeks so I can try this weeks crumbl cookies. I ordered the minis as usual. Both times this after eating the mini crumbl cookies I got sick. I walked in as previous customer got their order and left. The woman who served them walked away and stood at the side of the shop, looked at me waiting and then walked to the back to fold boxes. Never made a move to wait on me. The display cookies had no labels so not clear what they were and some were just broken pieces. After a few minutes of being intentionally ignored by both the staff, I walked out and will not return. Batch is a much better option. read more

I stood there for like 10 mins before being addressed and the girl just handed me the box so it was just sitting there the whole time and the girl was low key kind of rude. Got 3 mini cookies. After waiting in my car for 20 minutes I went in and had to wait on line to be told they didn't have chocolate chip. Nobody came to my car to communicate this. I told them to swap it out with a tres leches which she enthusiastically said she would. She packed my box and then said she was going to give me a chocolate chip cookie that came fresh from the oven , but was not set. I was ok with this for now waiting 25 minutes for everything so far. How nice a cookie for the wait.....at least I thought. She had swiped the tres leches from the box , it was originally in there. I didn't notice until I got to my car. For the last two months, I've ordered ahead, call before I went, placed a catering order, and spontaneously walked in. Not one time, even with a catering order placed four days in advance, has this store had the full menu. Even when calling ahead, they say everything is available when in fact that is not true. They take rescheduled orders and your money, then do a bait and switch and give whatever leftovers are available. I love Crumbl as a brand but this place is horribly managed. I travel for work and have been to hundreds of locations in the past few years. Unfortunately, I must've came at a bad time for this location. There was a single person working, almost no cookies, one employee had walked out while I headed in (likely from stress of all people waiting), many left with nothing. 30+ min wait for a couple dozen people left standing. I hope the situation improves soon and I feel bad for employees if they're not correctly being treated as to not show/work/leave. read more
