Gender neutral bathroom was clean with modern thin wooden slats below the lime green walls similar to a pistachio. It was my first time visit Fit Foodz Cafe as it was recommended to me by a friend at work. I am a huge health guru, I've previously competed in 2 fitness competitions and used to do meal prep for months on end. This spot was fantastic!!! All the food was extremely fresh, tasty and SUPER clean. Everything is gluten free, plus they have paleo/keto/vegetarian options as well. We sat down to eat and started off with the zucchini bites which were delicious. They tasted similar to a quiche type of consistency. Contents included zucchini, cheeses, whole grain crumbs, egg whites. For the main course, we split the power bowl which included mixed greens, avocado, hard boiled egg, unsalted pistachios, roasted chick peas, craisins, goat cheese. We added grilled chicken to it. It was white, sliced thin and not greasy at all. Extremely healthy. We also got the chicken pad Thai which included rice noodles, diced chicken, Thai peanut sauce, raw carrots, raw bean sprouts, cilantro, crushed peanuts. This one was absolutely delicious. I loved how the chicken was diced into cubes. The bean sprouts are one of my favorite parts of pad Thai. Sean (from behind the counter) was so kind and accommodating. I got the Power Bowl with chicken because I always have to meet my protein goals , my husband ordered the grilled chicken parm, and my friend had the chicken Pad Thai! everything was SO good. I came here and they had an extensive menu filled with different it's on the menu to satisfy anyone's taste buds for whatever they are looking for they have comfort food that's filling but yet super nourishing and healthy for your body. The staff was very friendly and informative and notified me all their are baked and grilled in olive oil and majority of their meals are made in extra virgin olive oil as well which is a great sign! They had a great dessert bar area where you can choose from an assortment of many different sweet treats that are made for you in a better for you manner so much healthier. She didn't make any attempt to make any eye contact as she mumbled, "take out of dine in". I ordered a three ingredient smoothie even tho my overall disposition was to turn around and walk out. i am glad I didn't. I was able to observe the same associate who have me marginal service, perk right up for a customer that arrived shortly after me. It was obvious that the customer had been there before as she garnered attention from the same woman who was earlier too busy installing a new printer system for their point of sale, to turn her head. when my smoothie was ready, it was placed on the counter without a word and the gentleman that made it just walked away. I came to buy a simple hand made drink. I would have been happier just eating a .99 cent (on sale today) carton of fresh strawberries. As the $10.74, 3 item smoothie was also underwhelming, watery, lacking fruit flavors and was basically served as a liquified slush.
