The drinks are top tier too; I've tried their lattes, milk tea and specials. Staff has never made my drink wrong and I've gotten them at a reasonable time even if it's busy. I will say, since it's a bakery, obviously come early to have the freshest items. Also as the day goes on, they will stop restocking, so by the time it's 5PM, most of their items are gone. We called the bakery to see if we could pick up the cake at another location since we were already about 20 minutes away on the freeway when I opened the box and realized it wasn't there. We were told that wasn't an option. They did offer a refund, but because we paid in cash and were already so far away, that wasn't very convenient. Aside from that issue, everything else was good. I'm disappointed because the cake was the item I was looking forward to the most. I'll give the Carrollton location a try next time and hope for a better experience.
