First time here; I had gotten a birthday freebie from there bc I signed up for their rewards program. I got the walnut fudge brownie cookie - and I'm pretty sure I saw the face of god. RUN, don't walk. That was, hands down, one of the BEST cookies I have EVER had. I don't have a picture because my husband and I literally inhaled it. The cedar park location is not WALKING DISTANCE and it's just the best. Employees are too sweet here, always so helpful. The app is great and pick up is easy. The toppings are always good but the cookies themselves are pretty much raw cookie dough. I bought 6 cookies for a group party so everyone could try a bunch of flavors and only 1 got eaten lol. Stopped in on a Wednesday afternoon because we were in the area and excited this new location is closer than others. We walked in and the guy at the register yelled "welcome" and "what can I get you" before we got in the door. I like being welcomed but it was a tad aggressive. Crumbl is knows for exciting flavor combos and sadly they were sold out of every option but sugar cookie and chocolate chip. SO DISAPPOINTED. We ordered a chocolate chip since we were there anyway but for almost $4 it was just fine. Hopefully these issues will be worked out since this location is new. The flavors change weekly so don't get attached to anything. This week I got the brownie flavor. It was OK nothing really that special though. i've had the blueberry muffin cookie in the past and I thought that one was really good. their regular chocolate chip cookie that they have every week is delicious as well. The service is great. I ordered online through the app and just picked it up. It took may be two minutes to complete the order when I got to the store. it's a small little shop where you grab your cookies and go. There is No where to sit or hang out. DELICIOUS COOKIES!!! In my personal opinion this place blows Tiff's out of the water. For a regular chocolate chip cookie I'd rather have their big gourmet style than a simple plain and thin tiff's treat but it's all subjective. Crumbl is known for their over the top indulging flavors and though some weeks are a miss -- I can usually find at least one on the menu each week that would satisfy my taste buds. Other weeks- I wish I was a millionaire and wouldn't gain any weight and could gobble them all up! Def worth a try if in the area ! read more

These cookies are HEAVEN!!! I bought one to share and ended up going back in to get another because I ate the 1st one in the parking lot!

As a experienced baker of 37 years, I have to say what a waste of money their cookies are. That is unless your into raw overpriced cookies that have a chemical taste and are just raw. They've been open awhile and I really never had a desire to go into their shop but had a package to drop off at Fedex and I wondered inside. First and foremost, their little cookie menu on the counter is a complete confusing idea. Secondly, they are really good about flipping that computer screen in your face basically demanding a tip for "handing you your cookies that you paid a lot of money for" in the first place. That screen like all of the others should be shoved up the companies (blank). Then there are the cookies.....well just took a bite or two of this cookie I bought and it made me sick at my stomach...little nauseating. They state that they have this "technique" to bake the perfect cookie....seriously no they don't. It's a oven...a convection oven. But they are pretty uncooked. I don't mind a little under baking in cookies but these were too raw for my taste. Then there is the flavor.....big deal...nothing extraordinary. I make way better cookies than they can and trust me they don't have an aftertaste of chemicals. This place is for the ones out there that either don't know how to bake, don't want to learn or doesn't have the time.....believe me making cookies does not take a long time, they are easy, cheaper and so much better than their cow patty sized chemically induced what a waste of money and time cookies. read more

Really happy to have a Crumbl location in Cedar Park, and no longer need to make the trek out to Georgetown to get my fix. The first couple of visits to this location wasn't the greatest, but now that they've been open for a bit, they've worked out the kinks and things run smoothly each time I go. I usually order from this location at least a few times a month (most of the time it's for work clients), and each visit has been smooth. Ordering on the app is easy, and all of the flavors (at least the past 8 or so times I've been) have been available. Really do enjoy getting the see the different flavors every week, and my clients love them! Will continue to order from here frequently.
