We usually love this Crumbl location, however I am sad to say that today we were very disappointed. Not only was the inside of the store almost 80 degrees, but it was also messy and unkept. When we actually got the cookies (and one cake), they didn't look like the menu. (See twix cookie and cake in pics) We decided to eat them anyway, but when I picked up one of the pink sugar cookies to take a bite, there was a hair in the cookie. Like I said, we love Crumble, but today was a bad experience.

I got a Oreo mallow sandwich because it's my favorite. When I got it not only was it stale... there was a thick hair in it. It was disgusting!! I emailed their customer service email for this location and they literally ignored it and didn't reply to me. I live an hour away so it's not easy for me to come in and get a new one. So now I payed for a cookie I didn't eat and didn't get a replacement. Pretty sad about it. read more

The service was good because they bring it to your car but other than that.... Wasn't the best. The cookie was literally raw and fell apart in my hand. I ended up just throwing it away in fear of getting sick. I doubt it's always like this, but it's disappointing given I paid $6.50 for a cookie :( read more

Prices are ridiculous, the selection is insipid, and the cookies themselves look and smell like the salmonella pucks they are. Underbaked sweets have a distinct odor. I tried to ask if they used a certain ingredient in their product and the clueless crew had no idea where to even find out the information. When I got home, I looked this outfit up, and went directly into the allergen information/ingredient lists. Why do these look like heavy-duty hockey pucks? In order to be cheapskates, so they spend less on eggs and cane sugar, almost every "recipe" is choked to the gills with powdered sugar. What is commercially available powdered sugar? It's slightly sweetened corn starch. A cookie lacking the protein needed to hold together as it bakes will spread too thin and burn. Substitute in an inexpensive thickening agent and you wind up with something that barely changes shape and can't expand enough to let the heat bake the middle through all the way. Absolutely eat here if raw flour and undercooked eggs are your favorite way to get food poisoning. read more

Every single time I walk in here, the girls are too busy talking instead of making orders. I placed a takeout order 30 minutes before I picked it up at like 8:30 at night. I walked in and they were in a hurdle talking and looked at my like I was a problem. They had to make my order in front of me, when I only ordered 2 cookies that were cold (not even warm ones). I just wish they would focus more on their job then talking with eachother, and maybe work on being a little more friendly. read more

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Sometimes I get ice cream but usually I'm there to get a small bag of Cougar Cheese or cans of it to give to friends/family we plan to visit. They're $30 per can there (last I checked) and normally $40+ anywhere else (even in Pullman). I often feel like I'm remembering the price incorrectly so I try to pay check on it (both at Ferdinand's and at random stores). I think I saw cans "on sale" for about $50 at a grocery store in Redmond, WA once. They also ship the cheese cans during the colder months but online they're currently $33 (per 30 oz can) + shipping. Tip: WSU's Sensory Science Center is super close by and often needs panelists for food and beverage (including alcohol) studies. They usually thank participants with Ferdinand's gift cards (usually $5-10 but sometimes more) so most of our visits are immediately after participating in a study. They don't have panelist studies every day/week so it's best to get on their email list.
