You can tell the owner Richard truly cares about serving delicious, quality food. When I told him it was my first time in, he fully explained the menu, and that the beef and cheese are locally sourced. I love that aspect, and also that he uses beef tallow for the fries. Another great feature is the "Smash Bar," where you can dress up your burger the way you like it with assorted condiments. If you live in the area or are visiting, Smashouse gets an enthusiastic 10/10 stars!! Well done Richard and crew!!
