Today I selected Sea Salt Toffee and Classic Pink Sugar. I would highly recommend that if this is your first time here, breathe, observe, ask questions and then make your selections. Ok...I know....I'm late to the game. I have NEVER heard of Crumbl cookie before until my coworkers told me about them. She said every week is different cookies and even though they are a bit pricey, they are the best cookies you will ever encounter. I said..... REALLY huh.....that means I'm going to HAVE to try. Right away, I checked out the place after work even though it was a good 20 mins drive and mind you, gas prices were HIGH. I still went after work and boy oh boy am I in trouble because it was probably the best cookies I've ever had. I got there around 6pm after work and I was the 5th person there. Right after, the line was insane! Once I made it inside, every one of the crew greeted me which was so cute. There is no dining area but you get in line, order and they made sure my order was correct and you get this beautiful box with 4 cookies that I ordered which were warm and smelling like heaven and I took it home to share with the family. I got the pineapple upside down cake cookie, white chocolate macadamia, sea salt toffee and chocolate chip. I cut them into 4th and shared one corner with each of my family members (a total of 4 people including myself) so we each tasted a small corner of each cookie. My favorite was the pineapple upside down cake then the infamous chocolate chip which they have weekly. Oh my....it was heaven in a box! I loved the entire experience and now I look forward to getting them on special occasions because 4 cookies were $16 and some change. Was it expensive.....yes but will I try again....yes also because it was worth it. Mind you, it won't be a weekly thing but definitely a treat once in a while for me and my family. I came here for the first time today. I had the buttermilk pancake cookie. The cookie was actually pretty good. There was fresh salted butter on top. The cookie comes straight out of the oven and it is warm and delicious. They have tons of workers. You can watch them literally mix the dough and form the cookies. They were busy, the line was long, but moved fast. The girl told me the cookies are different every single week. The only cookie they always have is chocolate chip. I would say my only complaint is I think the cookies are very very overpriced. One single cookie is about $4.38 maybe more. That's crazy to me. I'm not saying I would not return, but it probably will be a while just because of the price. read more

My first time at crumbl. They have only been open for a few days. I waited to get in but not too long. They have bean bag games set up so you can play while you wait. Thought that was cool. It was invited to the Crumbl Grand Opening in my home town! There was a long line to get in but worth the wait! You can order a single, 4, 6 or a llarge box of Cookies if the variety you choose. You pay for your cookies then wait a few minutes for them to be boxed up. They are served warm to you in the box. They have different flavor cookies each week. Service is always efficient & friendly. Cookies are obviously delish. Nice to have locations in both Tinley and Orland now along with Frankfort (or is it Mokena?) Either way, it's now way too wasy to grab a chocolate chip cookie (or 3 others, depending on week's menu). Always "a hit" to bring to a party or into the office. read more

Just literally left out. I didn't know the cookies were not the same as I was just informed to go and try this place. After finally getting to the register. I rudely get cut off mid sentence by the guy at the register who seemed annoyed. Couldn't help but notice I was the only person of color and he didn't talk to no other customer as he did me. Not too sure I'm willing to give them another chance. Poor customer service usually turns me off especially after waiting quite a while before getting to the register only to leave with nothing. read more

We went to the Crumbl grand opening in Mokena and waited in a super long line in the rain, to be absolutely disappointed by the cookies we got. Oh my soul. These cookies remind me of the soft warm cookies we'd get at lunch in high school--the chocolate chip ones. I liked the cookies. I bought six. Expensive I will say but they are fresh. They are about $5 per cookie but they are thick and really filling. I gave one of the cookies to a co-worker and he said he got diabetes from eating one and that's a compliment coming from him. Give this place a try. I didn't have the ice cream but I understand that it's good too. So not worth $10 bucks for 2 cookies. Then they request that you add a tip as well. This is a walk up counter where no real service is given other than to bag your cookie. It amazes me that the establishment trains their staff to ask you to augment thier income. I can appreciate the fact that it probably reduces the operating expenses to have customers foot the bill of making it is desirable place to work but at $5 bucks a cookie, I would think they would be profitable enough to pay thier own employees wages. read more

Went to the new Crumbl in Mokena. Spent 34.49 for 2(4) pack of cookies. Now I'm not new to crumbl, just new to the Mokena location. The cookies were raw inside!! The French toast cookie and the pink iced almond cookie were underbaked! So disappointing! Won't be back! read more

Very disappointed in the customer service at the Mokena crumbl. Placed an order half an hour before they were supposed to close, only to wait in the virtual queue for 20-25 minutes, and then was told by a girl in the car next to us that they were "out of cookies". We proceeded to walk up to the locked door, where we needed to ask to be let in and then we were told only after we inquired about our order that they ran out. (All of this happening while my card had already been charged). We didn't even receive so much as an apology for the inconvenience and had to ask for a refund- we were never offered one outright. It's so upsetting to see the large chains with so many paying customers neglect their clientele and disregard them with no remorse or regard for our time or money. read more
