I enjoy the variety of cookies and desserts Crumbl offers. I usually pop in to this location after I get my groceries next door (TJ). I can order in store or on the app. They get the order fairly quick and out I go to enjoy the treats. Parking is shared but plenty of spots. They are all fairly sweet but they are desserts. Probably the worst location I've been to in the country..sadly..placed an order to be done at 220pm and I didn't arrive till 3pm and they still didn't have it done..also the cookies were flat in the middle and not risen...dry and just not great. Cookies aren't the biggest deal but a couple teenagers killing them and the service from them being nonchalant and dry is also a problem. Worst ten bucks I've ever spent! This place advertises a range of gluten-free cookies, but the staff at this location seemed out of the loop about this. After a few minutes of mutual deer in the headlights, I was told there was only one this week --- not at all elevated rice crispy treat. Cookie shaped of course! Before I knew that the ticket was going to be over ten bucks, I was irritated but was still going to pay and go silently. I think they saw my jaw hit the floor when I paid. Lol. I've paid more for a cookie, I'm a regular at many $$$ bakeries. This wasn't worth it. Very disappointed in the owner/ manager making absurd excuses. Regarding the delay in cookies. She initially stated that the driver was trying to contact me , because 3 of my selections were out, then after stayed the previous driver stole the cookies and it's on the way. I feel a little bad for the La Grange area for not having a ton of options when it comes to dessert. We were hoping to grab some dessert after dinner, so we came to Crumbl Cookies. The lack of seating was really disappointing, but we decided to order a cookie anyway. I don't want to think about the profit margins on each cookie, but anyway, a cookie is around $5. We ordered the Sea Salt Toffee cookie. When our order was ready, we were presented this cookie in a box and asked if it looked okay. Truthfully, the cookie was a little squashed, but I wasn't about to return a misshapen cookie. It was a good cookie to share. For single cookies, they still put the cookie in a box. It'd be nice if they had a packaging option that creates less waste. I would've been totally happy with a cookie in a sleeve or on a napkin. read more

Cookies are great size a little doughy for me. Good flavor though. The blueberry cookie was very very tasty. Cookies are a little pricey but for gourmet they are probably on target. The customer service was excellent as the staff was helpful, polite, and quick. The shop was extremely clean and you can watch them mix the cookie dough right in front of you. read more

Placed an order for Super Bowl cookies a week ahead. When I went in the day of my pick-up, a day before the actual game, they told me they had sold out on the limited game time cookies since it was a first come fisrt served basis. They said they don't hold cookies and it's as you show up they sell them to whoever. So what is the point of placing pre-orders ahead of time if they aren't going to hold your items and honor your pre-order first? I drove 40mins so they can tell me they had sold out and can only give me a refund or take the regular cookies they had, no special designs or anything either. They even told me they ran out of white frosting to do the simple football stiching on the cookie. That was a complete lie since a lot of the cookies they where currently making where being topped with white frosting as I stood there watching them! No consideration for my time and order, nor did they even attempt to make it right at all. This location needs better management or you will start loosing business for simple careless attitude. These have to be Top 3 cookies I've ever had. My favorite part is every Crumbl location I've been to, the cookies seem like they keep getting better (and that's tough because they set the bar high). I went on opening night when they offered free cookies when you show the app and they lived up to it. I ordered two cookies (Double Chocolate and Cake Batter), both phenomenal and I wish I could relive the moment I took my first bite..that's how good it was. The cake batter was my favorite, to a point where I wish I could have shared it with everyone. It was so good I didn't want to keep it to myself, like I just won the lottery or something. Plenty of parking and the app is convenient as well if there's a long line. About $4-$5 a cookie, keep that in mind. Worth it though. Brand new location! Place is super clean and the workers are very friendly. Their cookies are large, thick and soft. They also have smaller ones you can order in large batches for parties. There is no indoor dining. Download their app and earn points. I'm sure some will be surprised by the price BUT their cookies are huge. I don't get it. My older kid loves it but I think it's for the vibe/clout, not the food. It's a super cute location and the service is very fast, but the cookies are, as the younger kid would say, mid. They have a rotating menu and the teenagers seem pretty fixed on what's on this week and trying them out. I find the cookies to be way too much and dry or mediocre. And I can't believe I'm going to say this, because I am a sweets person, but these cookies are just too damn much. For my money, I'll take myself next door to the grocery store and make a better specimen at home. read more

I personally love and appreciate a great cookie. I bought two cc cookies, my fav. They were ok. I've had better actually and the price of these cookies was nuts. I can afford to pay but I don't want to. It's wasteful. Imagine kids asking for a cookie and the parent has to shell out $20 on a budget. I heard they lowered the prices. Five star experience at the LaGrange, IL store. The store is clean and when you walk inside the staff welcomes you with a smile and a Hello and Welcome to Crumb greeting. This location doesn't support people w disabilities. The floor is covered with cookies and toppings. An older woman out of the group of 5 employees (I was the only customer and made to wait for service) said that the food on the floor and herself was her doing and then she laughed. No one cleaned it up.Gross. Finally a person asked if I was being helped hence the $2 tip I gave her. I had to "check the cookies" which was odd but when I asked for a bag due to my disability I was told they didn't have bags. I was handed the two boxes of cookies to somehow get them to the car. Can anyone guess what happened? Total humiliation for a disabled person all over the floor. They continued w their meeting or whatever it was 5 people were doing around the baking table. No one was producing anything so I assume it was a meeting or they were standing there. I brought the cookie to the front that fell out of the box. I asked if someone could throw it away. Then when I was trying to push the very heavy door open someone yelled from behind the counter- do you want another one. Let me tell ya between the humiliation and the fact I only have so many steps in me per day, no thank you- I'm not walking all that way, and they didn't care enough to come to me. I should have actually left it all on the floor. It's not like anyone would notice. I feel it was $12 happy accident because it saved me from eating cookies from a dirty place. The second box w the cookie luckily was all messed up and I thought this is the universe protecting you don't eat it, it's dirty in there. They are not equipped to assist w a bag or walk two boxes to a parking space or put 2 cookies in 1 box once hearing that I am disabled and cannot carry two of anything let alone manage the door. I gave 2 stars instead of one because of the one young lady that knew if someone is standing at the register they would like to buy a cookie. Go across the street to nothing bunt cakes, they are very clean and helpful. Btw the corp office says they do not have an email only chat even though I told them their chat system isn't compatible with my voice typer. They seem more limited than I am!
