The ambiance is amazing, I love the photo wall and the display of that weeks cookies. The cockroach on the floor really added a pleasant, homie feel. The service was impeccable, we found a common ground knowing we were both okay with a roach on the floor. It is good to have such a bond. I also enjoyed the doughy middle with a little bit of a roach-type essence; it added a deluxe and rich flavor. Crumbl cookie makes me feel at home. My grandma used to make cookies with a similar vibe and shared the love for bugs in her kitchen. She is dead now. The service was awful. We ordered a snickerdoodle and others from the kardashian collab and we did not receive the cookies we asked for. Even worse one of our cookies had HAIR in it, are u trying to poison me? Next we have the other cookies one of the cookies was supposed to come with a cookie dough piece on top. It was not there. Also the replacement for the snickerdoodle cake was oily and DISGUSTING.Again thanks for trying to poison me. Lastly our cookies was supposed to come with a chocolate drizzle.
