We love supporting this local collective of bakers. The danish was out of this world, and they had a large selection of breakfast pastries which we will remember for future weekend coffee runs. We love stopping in for our favorites from Tipsy Goat (macarons) while trying new things from other bakers. There's always something new in the case to try and a diverse range of options. They also offer gluten free treats as well. The staff is always friendly and give any recommendations as well.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this needs to be said. I bought a tiramisu from here today. After bringing it home and taking a few bites, I discovered visible mold inside the dessert (not just on the surface, but within the cream layer). This is not a minor quality issue - it indicates improper storage or expired product. Selling moldy food is a serious health risk. I have photos documenting the condition and will be reporting this to the local health department. I strongly recommend others check their food carefully before consuming.

What a sweet little place. My husband and I ran in to get a mid-day treat and were greeted by the Owner, Mike, who turned 90 today! The Belgium Waffles!!! and cannolis were game changers. We ate them so quickly we didn't get a picture. The flourless brownie is rich and the chocolate croissant was soft and fluffy. We will be back again!

I stopped in the Wednesday before Thanksgiving not knowing what to expect from Trolley Shop. I am a major macaron lover and stopped in to give them a try - wow! True Parisian style macarons, they were soft and moist and packed with flavor. I only tried 1 but am looking forward to going back for more! I also picked up a cheese stolen for the family and it was a crowd favorite! As you can see by the picture it was hard to snap a shot before it was gone. The stolen paired well with dessert on Thanksgiving but even more so with coffee the next morning! I was served by who I learned to be the owners husband, my conversation with him was a highlight of my visit, I never would have thought to try the stolen if he hadn't recommended it. He was so fun to chat with, looking forward to chatting with him again at my next visit.

    Cookies

I was looking for a bakery to make custom sugar cookies for my sister-in-law's baby shower with less than a week's notice. I had never been to Trolley Stop before but decided to give them a try - WOW, I'm so glad I did! They did an amazing job. Not only were the cookies absolutely beautiful and perfectly on theme, but they were also delicious. They came individually wrapped and in a really cute box that was perfect for transportation and guests to take along as favors. The customer service was excellent as well. I would 10/10 recommend and will definitely be a returning customer!

Cute little bakery co-op tucked away in the corner of a strip center off Olive Blvd. Cookies were moist and tasty and they have plenty of other options to satisfy .

I have been to Trolley Stop Bakery 3 times now and the service has always been very pleasant and the staff is so kind! It seems like a family-owned business. I have tried several items. I got the French Silk Pie and Coconut Creme Pie today. I was told that I made a very good choice by selecting the French Silk Pie as it is very smooth and he wasn't wrong. It is soooo good! I 100% recommend getting that when you come to the bakery. The chocolate mousse has the right amount of sweetness and bitterness of the dark chocolate and the bottom Oreo cookie crust just makes it so special. The coconut Creme pie filling is not too sweet. It is smooth and creamy with the crunch coconut flakes in the end. I also recommend their Key Lime Pie! It is tangy, creamy and just perfect treat for those looking for a citrusy dessert. You can taste the love and care in the desserts they make. The pricing is reasonable and the portions are big! I will definitely come back!

This Co-Op baker offers such a variety! Everything is presented so beautifully and tastes amazing!! I got the opportunity to speak with Mike, and he was so sweet! You can really see the passion his wife and him have for the Bakery and he was able to recommend different treats for me. Mike said next time I need to come early as everything is so good they do sell out on items!! Today I got the raspberry brownie macaroon which has a raspberry jelly filling that was a surprise & delicious! I also got a chocolate croissant (which had chocolate oozing out if the sides, DELICIOUS) and a caramel apple bake which my boyfriend said was also great! I will be coming back for more sweet treats!

Even with the crowd, they kept the line moving and everything seemed very organized. I ordered a fruit croissant, a chocolate Napoleon, and a coffee. After I paid, my pastries were packed up right away, and within just a few minutes, my coffee was ready at the coffee counter. The whole process was quick and efficient. My friend spent a little extra time browsing all the pastry cases before finally making her selections and ordering a coffee as well. While we waited, we admired the beautiful cakes on display and talked about all the incredible-looking pastries. Honestly, I wish I could have ordered one of everything because that's what I really wanted to do! Pastries are one of my biggest weaknesses, and choosing just one or two items is never easy at a bakery like this. Everything looked delicious. In the end, I was very happy with my choices and enjoyed every bite. I even took the chocolate Napoleon home to share with my husband, and he happily helped me finish it. Overall, it was a great spot for coffee, pastries, and catching up with a friend, and I'd definitely stop by again the next time I'm in the area

It's kind of embarrassing that this place is literally just minutes from my house, yet I've only been here a couple of times. I knew I wanted something small, but a little more substantial than a macaron, so I went with the chocolate chip biscotti. It was a tough choice between that and the pistachio, but honestly, you can't go wrong with either. From the first few bites, it hit the spot. The chocolate added just the right amount of sweetness, and the biscotti had a satisfying semi-crunchy texture without being too hard. Surprisingly, one piece was all it took to satisfy my sweet tooth. I'll definitely be back to try some of their mini cakes and other sweet treats!

The Twisted Sugar is a sugar cookie with a coconut lime frosting. The coconut is likely extract and has a bitter aftertaste. Not my favorite despite loving coconut. The lemon tart was lemony and quite good. My favorite was the lemon with raspberry swirl. Really nice combo of tart and sweet. The cookies themselves aren't overly sweet; the frosting adds the sweet. Fun little stop for a little treat The gals working were very nice and helpful.

Got 2 sandwiches for lunch: the smoked pork and the roast beef sandwhich. Still can't decided which one was better because both were DELISH. I thought there was no way the roast beef could be as good yet once again proven wrong. The challah was perfect and whatever cheese they had with the roast beef sandwhich was perfect. Pro tip: you can ask for the sandwiches to be heated up! As for the desserts: I really wanted a cake sweet treat but my eyes were bigger than my belly could handle. Got the maple pull, chocolate almond croissant , and ham and gruyere croissant. Which I cannot wait to eat tomorrow for breakfast!! Place is busy but moves fast. I was excited to finally try this place even though I was warned about the baklavas being too dry. Sadly that's true. I dint think they are made fresh. They lack syrupy. I understand they don't have much food traffic but cutting down on the types of baklava and freshly making them should solve that problem. Probably the second worst baklava I've had out here. I see why they make shakes though. Since they don't sell ans have leftover stock. We initially sat down to eat but it was so awkward that there's no music and so quiet. My husband said they don't vacuum between the chairs which were full of crumbs. We eventually got our food to go. The second issue is the food. We got a sucuk flatbread and ans egg pide. This is not a pide, it's just pizza bread. Cheese is mozzarella, should have been beyaz cheese. Middle eastern cuisine doesn't use this cheese. My egg was raw and just throw in a corner. Could have saved myself money by just getting domino's, at least my food would be cooked. If you want quality, try Balkan treat box, Aya Sofia or Garbanzo. I would also like to state that there is one employee that works front and back. I didn't see him washing his hands once going back into the kitchen to handle my food. Seems like there a big hygiene issue
