And to me this is a textbook example of an owner who doesn't get customer service. I drove all the way there, dealt with the parking, and came specifically to redeem a reward that still showed as valid in their app. It's not my fault their system hadn't switched over yet. The obvious right move would've been to honor the reward and give the customer the treat. But nope. They chose the stingy route instead. And with that one decision, they lost another customer.
