Crumbl Cookie is overall a happy & friendly environment. Everytime I come here I try to keep the faith & always end up being disappointed. I personally only eat the treats that are cakes or brownies and as far as that goes 10/10 recommend! My problem is with the cookies. I'm not sure if it's the employees or if that's how corporate wants things to be run but the cookies get more & more raw every time I get them . I wish there was a way we can come together to fix this because I know everyone complains about this. This was a cookie from today. read more

I also dig how they point you in the right direction, I mean if you need help picking a cookie. I even tried a "pie" on Pi day. They had a key lime pie cookie, that was totally fab! And let's talk wamries! What makes a heart and tummy happen then a warm cookie!?! Nothing!! So stop in and find some yummy happiness. This is a takeaway type shop. Walked in to order a treat, not greated with any kind of hello. My sister noticed how dirty the floor was and then we seen a dead dryed frog on the floor. How long has it been that you swept that the frog had time to dry up. We told the worker and she just seemed annoyed. Store is so filthy that it had a dead dried frog, employees did not speak and when told about the frog she said ok and walked away and watched us walk all the way to our car with no urgency to take care of the issue. The entire store was gross along with employees work stations. I will NEVER RETURN! read more

The cookies are always consistently good, even better looking than I've had in other locations. The only minor complaint I would have is sometimes the service is hit or miss, the majority of the time it's been pretty great, I think it just depends on how busy they are. We were in a bit of a hurry and had ordered through the app and said we were there when we were in the parking lot and when I got into the store we had about a 15 min wait still. Crumbl is always a favorite! I am big Crumbl fan and visited many locations across states. The cookies are usually always consistent and I enjoy the flavors. This particular location needs a good deep cleaning and an update. I also have arrived in the evenings to find the employees have locked the door and won't open, even within the listed hours. This is very frustrating and I never know if I drive across town if I will even get a cookie. It seems like the management/owner does not put much effort into this location. It doesn't seem like this location is up to the Crumbl standards I have seen in other areas. Service is fine aside from closing early. read more

Finally was able to come in and try out Dothan's new cookie spot. They've had a line out the door for the last 2 weeks every time I go by and I can see why. The cookies are made fresh daily and when you walk in you can order from a touchscreen register or have someone assist you. Seems like they change their cooks out every week so you can get a different variety when you come in weekly. They have the one's you can order on display at the front so you can see them. I've got to say I'm not a big sweets kind of person but I can probably eat my weight in these cookies. They were served warm and they literally crumble as you eat them and they are HUGE! When you pick up your order they show you the cookies which I like. I will definitely be back to try again! Highly recommend to cure your sweet tooth craving! read more

Went today got a box of 4, 3 of them were balls of raw dough. Absolutely disappointing, basically paid for raw egg and dough.

Crumbl has some of the sweetest employees but this is ridiculous. This isn't the first time and should not be something I have to worry about when buying. The owners do not help with management. I feel this place has so much potential but the owners just make it awful and treats employees bad. read more

I don't get the hype. The cookies are not that good. I ordered the peach and it was a glorified cold sugar cookie with a peach ring slapped on top. No peach flavor aside from the one peach ring. No filling, no flavor just straight sugar. My husband got the Rocky Road and it was better because it was warm and had a marshmallow gooey center but it was so rich and dense, just not for us. The staff was very nice and the shop was clean, but not thrilled about spending almost 9$ on two bland cookies. read more

I can not say enough about how much I enjoy my experience at my crumbl! We go every week and are always met with the biggest smiles and best customer service! We love the cookies! I have never in my life had to write a review based on the service I was given at a shop/restaurant, but the way I was treated today calls for a review like this one. I ordered a captain crunch cookie and it came out looking very different from the ones on the counter and the ones online, so I went back and asked for a better looking one very politely. Instead of just replacing it, I got greeted by a blonde female worker, around 5'7, who stared me down, grabbed my cookie after I told her what I thought (all the cereal bits had fallen off the cookie and I just asked if they had one with the cereal on the cookie), grabbed the fallen off cereal with her fingers and shoved them into my cookie and gave me a "there u go" look while holding the cookie box up for me to grab. I was shocked at her reaction and simply asked for another one. She turned around and grabbed me another one, put it in a box in front of me then took it to the corner and very clearly ripped the cereal off my cookie and handed it to me with only 2 cereal bits on the cookie (the rest were scattered around). I didn't want to deal with her anymore so I just grabbed it and said thank you, instead of getting an apology or a "ur welcome" or a "have a good day" she just gave me a poker face and turned away clearly annoyed. Once again, I never complain or write reviews let alone ask for a replacement when I receive the wrong/messed up order. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but this ruined my experience and this is not the kind of service I expected from Crumbl Cookies since i've been a regular customer in other locations. read more

The manager needs to train the staff. I stood in line for over 30 minutes before I downloaded the app to order online - because as I was standing there the employees were taking multiple orders to parked online orders. When the app showed I was first in line, I was told I would be the first to get cookies but still needed to wait because of the backup. After about 20 minutes of waiting as #1 in line, I was told that it would be another 15 minutes for chocolate chip cookies, which the app let me order and showed as available. I finally just asked what cookies were done, subbed them in and left. The production speed is slow even though there are ample numbers of employees, and it looks like they don't correctly prioritize online and inline orders. The manager should also know they are losing a lot of customers in line. Also -note, the app says they'll let you know when your order is ready, but an employee came out and said they don't call your name if you ordered online, but you have to come in (this, after a few employees had come out and called names for pickup). read more
