I ordered a 12-pack of cookies for Valentine's Day to treat some of my staff. I was hoping the message you could add would be bigger but it is what it is. We got the Beetlejuice or Betelgeuse "cookies" after seeing Beetlejuice Beetlejuice and... I was not impressed actually Was just chocolate cake with sprinkles. We got a 6 pack this week. I want to say if you don't like undercooked cookies this is not your week. In this house we love them. Brookie-cooked well but the mousse didn't go with it. Raspberry butter was SO sweet but had a great Raspberry flavor. Cinnamon Crunch was exactly what you would think it taste like, I would like more cereal on top but it was the perfect flavor. Reese peanut butter cup was delicious and super sweet! Cowboy cookie was good but definitely doesn't have as many ingredients as the photo online. Crumbl cookies has taken over and I love it! This location in fishers was what started the expansion in Indiana. I decided to have the cookies delivered to my home to try and turn some more friends on to the craze. This weeks flavors were raspberry lemonade, this one was light, fluffy and had a light raspberry/lemon flavor. The next cookie we tried was the chocolate cake cookie, that was a chocolatey rich explosion and any chocolate lovers dream. We also got the classic pink sugar, which is honestly one of my favorite because it's light and has an almond flavor which is one of my favorites. I stopped in here tonight for a sweet treat on Valentine's Day. I made sure to pre-order my cookie on the app earlier in the day. When I arrived it was so busy people were waiting outside. I made sure to check in on the app and I had my cookie with just a short wait, not more than a few minutes. They were were well staffed for the holiday and everyone was friendly. YUMMMM! I heard good things about the cookies from Crumbl so I decided to order some and pick them and have my husband pick them up. I ordered online after creating an account in the app. The ordering process was easy. I loved that I was given the option to send the pick up instructions to someone else in case I wasn't the one picking up. My husband said the lot was a little busy so he decided to run in instead of calling- they give options in the event the lot is full. He said the service was prompt and friendly. The business was clean and nicely decorated. The best part, the cookies! I ordered one of each of the Sox they offered that week. The chocolate chip was great... the cookies were just delicious. They are so fast and efficient, churning out dozens upon dozens of cookies per hour. If you like incredibly sweet, dense cookies that are more like a solid cake than a cookie, with lots of frosting on top, you are going to love Crumbl cookies. One cookie could be easily shared between two people. I'm not a milk drinker at all, but this is the type of thick, sweet cookie that seems like it would go good with a glass of milk. If you are looking for an easy gift or treat for a friend, but you want something different than a cupcake or box of chocolates, a Crumbl cookie would fill that hole. They serve their cookies in individual pink boxes that look like little gifts. If you get 1 to 3 cookies, they come in individual boxes. Four cookies are boxed together in a long, narrow box. More cookies than that are placed in a box that looks like a donut box, but more elegant. What I'm trying to convey here is that the presentation of the cookies, all boxed up, is impressive and gift-like. When you leave the store with your cookies in hand, you feel like you're leaving with something special and pretty. Most of the cookies are served warm, but I got a chilled cookie: the Key Lime Pie Cookie. It had what looked like a thin lime custard on top, with whipped cream and a key lime slice as garnish. It was a little bit tart and a lot a bit sweet. I got my children the Lucky Charms cookie to split, which was a cookie with white chocolate chips, buttercream frosting and Lucky Charms marshmallows sprinkled on top. The Lucky Charms cookie was served warm. There are still lines out of the door for Crumbl, as well as people pulling up to the curb for curbside takeout. I never saw fewer than seven people in the store the whole time I was there, so just know you might have to wait 10 or 15 minutes from start to finish. read more

I took these to a get together and they were a hit. The pink box draws lots of attention and adds to the hype of the cookies inside. Our favorites were the classics: chocolate chip and sugar cookie. Both were perfectly baked with the soft yet crunchy edges and chewy centers. If you have a chocolate craving, the chocolate chip cookie has the perfect ratio of chips to cookie. The sugar cookie reminded me of vanilla almond wedding cake type flavor. These cookies are pricey and large (think the size of an adult hand). They are very sweet, which is expected for a dessert but too sweet for me. I think I could feel my blood turn to sugar after eating one! As others have stated, it's always busy. I feel like they have a great system in place for getting the cookies out the door (think modern day Keebler elves ie high school students scooping dough, baking, and icing). I heard about this place through a Facebook ad regarding free cookie day. I decided to stop by the evening before, knowing the free day would be nuts. I appreciate that they are open late, SO convenient! Upon walking in, the place is small but beautiful. Very modern looking with bright white walls and several bright pink boxes lined up behind counters. Touch screens are along the walls and at the register. The smell is intoxicating too, SO good. The gentleman at the counter explained what cookies were currently offered, showed my friend and I how HUGE they were (and how much smaller the catering options are, in case we were ever interested), and explained the best sellers. We went with a 4 pack, which is $11+ tax. Pretty good deal since again, the cookies are huge and $3.50/each. The touch screens are easy to figure out and pay with when using a card (you can even add a tip there). You can even sign up there for points/rewards. You enter your name so it can be called out when your order is ready. We went with carrot cake, sugar cookie, peanut butter chocolate chip, and lemon poppyseed. They were shown to us once my name was called and the box is really cute, nice touch. I didn't expect anything magical but boy was I wrong. Everything was good but the chilled sugar cookie is magical, honestly the best cookie of my life. Mind. Blown. I'm drooling just typing this... I drove by on free cookie day and decided to skip it. The weather was freezing and the line was down the block, around the corner. I was happy to see online orders still being run out to cars but waiting hours for one free cookie wasn't worth it for me. I went back a couple days later before a road trip to my home town to show off how amazing this place is. Still busy, I waited outside but only for about 15 minutes (only 7 customers are allowed inside at a time due to Covid). This was the day I realized I should do a review and recommend NOT bringing small children here. I know, I know, it's a cookie place, but you're likely going to have to wait a bit, it's very small and easily crowded, and I learned this day that the place echos so kiddos who are tired of waiting have their screams echoing very loudly. Such a fun place to visit. You have to follow social media every Sunday night to see what the flavors of that week will be, and if they are good, they are GOOD! The place was busy with long lines and I was looking forward to seeing what all the buzz was about. Unfortunately I didn't like their cookies. They were very sweet and the frosting too. The frosting was thick, about 3/4 of an inch thick. The texture of the cookie was too soft, almost cake-like. Service was disorganized. The lines are long, they were out of three cookie flavors, and the place inside was packed because it's small, and they had a line for folks to order, but after ordering people didn't know where to stand to wait for their cookies. They seemed to have a lot of employees, for the volume of customers. Pretty good, but $4 for a cookie? That's pretty steep. I got the chocolate chip cookie. It was soft, but I would have preferred it if it was a little bit crispy on the outside. They delivered it quickly. The staff was great. There was a good crowd there for a Saturday afternoon. Crumbl Cookies is open until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. That makes me laugh that a cookie shop is open later than Target or Kroger. I guess a lot of people are down for late night cookies. lol read more
