This is a very easy location to find it's inside of the little marketplace area where there are other shops and they have parking right in front of the building for a quick pick up. Everything is fresh and they have an amazing selection of extremely creative and flavorful cookies. Make sure you sign up for their cookie club. After witnessing outright pandemonium/nearly being stampeded by at least 100 teenage girls during my hour-plus wait in line at the White Marsh location, I remembered there was a location in Frederick. Later that week, I placed an order ahead of time on the app, thinking I would avoid a long late. I didn't realize my pick up time was so close to when they closed so when I entered the store, I was the only customer and my order was already waiting for me. I was very pleased, as I had prepared myself for a long wait. The 6-pack of minis that I ordered intending to share with my family somehow dissapeared on the 5 minute drive home yikes Oops! I def recommend getting the minis bc they're a bit more reasonably priced, but still generously sized & most of the flavors are very rich. Glad they opened a location in Frederick but I'm also grateful that my ADHD causes me to forget about things that aren't in my direct line of sight, bc if I had to drive past that shop everyday, there's no way I could resist spending all my money (& just giving in to the fact that I'm going to develop diabetes v soon.) The rotating weekly flavors are always fun, & I love that they offer some classics on their permanent menu. The chocolate chip is great, & as someone who has never enjoyed sugar cookies, their pink sugar cookie with the almond frosting is ahhh-mazzzing. You cant ever go wrong getting anything from Crumbl! The staff really seem to take pride in service and presentation! Ever since they opened, they've been the go to cookie place! There is usually a line but you can go in the morning with usually no wait! The cookies are so flavorful and unique! I've never had a bad cookie here! Crumbl cookie never disappoints. I would suggest only going if you are really in the mood for something sweet as the cookies are extremely sweet and give you a burst of sugar. I like the fact that their hours are convenient and that every time someone walks in the door they welcome them. It was very clean even when it's very busy it's always clean and the customer service is always top-notch. I hadn't been here in a while and didn't realize they no longer carry ice cream which I was kind of bummed about but I can understand I didn't see many people in the past buying it. read more

I downloaded the Crumbl Cookies app and ordered through it for carry out and it was very easy to use and a minimal wait time for pick up. I picked up a 6 box assorted cookie mix which included the Honey Bun, Rocky Road, Cookie Butter, Chocolate Brownie, Classic Chocolate chip and Blueberry Cheesecake this week. Absolutely love Crumbl Cookies. They're always so fresh and staff is great. The flavors are always unique and DELICIOUS!! The cookies are huge!!!Love that they always change the flavors. I personally find it very hard not to get cookies every week. Only complaint I have and it's not really Crumbl's fault is people always park in the curbside spots and are not "curbside Crumbl-ers" In this particular location it's not like you can circle the block for someone to move due to the way the parking lot is designed. I visited Crumbl when visiting a friend in Frederick. I've had the Crumbl app on my phone for the past year but I have actually never been there before. I was so excited to go and as soon as I walked in somehow I became more excited. We were served by a nice lady named Tallulah. She gave me and my friend a warm welcome and told us about the flavors they had for the week. The cookie I chose was the confetti. Top five best cookies I've ever had in my life. They have multiple locations around the DMV area not specifically in DC though. If you ever get a chance I highly advise trying it. It will change your perspective of cookies. read more

Go to Frederick for certain cookies and banana pudding that location had I get all the way there they say my order has been handed to me. I wait 10 minutes then they bring the order out finally in the box told me to check the box I open it there's five cookies and a six pack and I'm missing two banana puddings, so they gave me a cookie and no banana pudding. Then had to turn around and drive 10 minutes back to the store before they closed to get what I paid for. read more

Woohoo finally we have one in town! I went saturday to get some sweets for the weekend and purchased a four pack! I went with 2 cookies and cream milkshakes, 1 honeycomb, and 1 peanut butter brownie. I nibbled on my first one about two hours after i bought them and that first bite did NOT disappoint! The honeycomb has to be my favorite one; the topping choices are what sold me, i wish i chose two of those. The others were really good but just a bit too sweet for me. The service was friendly and speedy, didn't have to wait too long and that was around the 4:30 time frame. It's a bonus to see the open kitchen and how they flow throughout the day. I've only been to this location once (so far), but have visited a Crumbl in the Midwest way before this one opened. Large cookies with 4 flavors that rotate weekly. They always have milk chocolate chip and frosted sugar cookies, for a total of 6 varieties each week. I love the uniqueness of some of the flavors--it's kind of like the Glory Donuts of the cookie world (and priced similarly, I think around $4 a cookie). Their website & app have the flavors for the week listed. They have smaller cookies available for catering, and ice cream that I think is only available in larger containers (not single serve). They are open late, but closed on Sundays, unfortunately (seems to be company-wide). read more

Usually a huge fan of Crumbl the service but was a bit sad about the rushed nature and dismissal today. I put my order for carry out and clicked the I'm here button. I waited and others passed me who came after. When I asked apparently my order wasn't acknowledged. Then I was told part of my order was out, which is fine but it shouldn't be made available! Ordered curbside delivery for 6:20 pm. Waited 30 minutes then finally went inside. The box containing our order was sitting on the counter. Two of the cookies were not in our order, had to wait longer for that to be corrected. Manager did not take any responsibility for these mistakes. He said he didn't know why the order wasn't brought outside. He wasn't apologetic. Very, very poor customer service. Chocolate chip cookie tasted burnt. Very disappointing. read more
