I ordered cookies from Crumble to be delivered to my grandkids for Easter, they used door-dash for their delivery. The driver carried the box of cookies on its side so that all the cookies were smashed and half the frosting was on the lid of the box. (my daughter has him walking to her door on their camera with him carrying it sideways under His arm when he got to the porch he put it in his hand like it should have been carried so that it wouldn't smash up the cookies) when my daughter called me and told me that I called the driver and questioned him and he denied it. I then called Crumbles and told them the cookies were smashed up when delivered. they offered to refund me because at that time there really wasn't anything else they could to For me. i Personally don't use door dash because they charge to much and I have never had good experience with them. read more

I didn't even know this place existed until my wife said that we had to try this cookie shop. Like most men, when you say cookie or any kind of sweets I'm down. The establishment is clean, like pearly white sparkling clean. All the employees wear masks but do not demand that their patrons wear masks. The inside is tiny, with just enough room for you to order and then stand to the side awaiting your order while others filter through doing the same. One can either order at the counter or by using the two wall-mounted iPads on the far wall. The ordering process is super fast. The staff are very helpful and patient, especially with two individuals (us) that were caught between the deep philosophical question of do I chose chocolate or key lime pie. One can either buy individual cookies, a four-pack, a six-pack, or a party pack, which I believe is a twelve-pack. A single cookie is a little over $4. Any given week they have six cookies to choose from that they switch out weekly. We chose two cookies, the chocolate chip, and the molten lava cookie. Both were delicious. The chocolate chip was my favorite of the two. It was sweet and chewy, and the chips were soft and slightly melted. The molten lava cookie was good but very sweet. After the first bite, the cookie immediately fell apart due to the gooey fudge on the inside. Nevertheless, both were great and each cookie is surprisingly sizable. So I've now been here a few times and would say it is an ok place for a random treat. I like that they change up cookie option weekly... however this can also be a downfall if you find one you truly love you have to wait and see if it will be featured again. The cookies are a little on the overly soft (almost gummy) texture for some of the options (like an under baked cookie). The frosted ones are prob my fav. Even tried a chilled one with fruit... very good. Bought gift cards and they only could offer $10 or $25?!? Yet if you use the app you can get other amounts, so that also seems odd. We are definitely regulars at Crumble in Fredericksburg. The staff are friendly and the cookie choices are usually right on point. My original issue with Crumble at some of the Maryland locations I visited, was that the cookies were always undercooked. This location typically has cookies that are perfectly done...except this evening. My chocolate chip cookie was a bit underdone, but as I said, they are typically well prepared. I was driving by Central Park in Fredericksburg and noticed that they had a Crumbl Cookies that I just couldn't pass up! I've never been to one before so I was extremely excited to see what they have. The storefront was very cute with their Christmas wreaths for the holidays. When I entered through the doors, the smell of baked goods filled the air. There was no line when I went and I was able to scan through their menu and all their specialty goodies. At the front of the register, they had a display of their special cookies of the week (they also list it on their digital monitor up top). Seeing the actual cookies on display definitely helped with my decision. The cookies can be sold in either a single or as a boxed set. I chose a box of 4 with two M&M's, a regular milk chocolate chip, and a peanut butter with nutella frosting. First off, let me just say that these cookies are quite large and very heavy. Unless you have a good stomach that can handle a lot of sugar, I would probably recommend eating one cookie slow or throughout the day. As a cookie lover, even I couldn't finish one in a single sitting. My favorite was the M&M's. I'm a sucker for a good M&M cookie though. The chocolate chip was a close second. The chocolate chips melted so nice on the first bite. The peanut butter one was ok. The chocolate frosting was very thick, but I think I would've liked it more if the chocolate was baked in versus just being on top. The cookie itself was good don't get me wrong but it was a bit plain if I have to list one con. The box of 4 was a bit pricey (est $15), but the cookies are definitely delicious and made of great quality ingredients, I'm sure. My first visit! Of course, another recommendation from my child. Very clean location. Service was exceptional. They have different flavors every day or week. I love the display, so you can see what each cookie looks like. We order the sugar with the pink icing, carrot cake, cranberry with white chocolate chips and caramel cheesecake. The sugar cookie taste like flour. Didn't like that one. The carrot cake and caramel cheesecake were absolutely delicious. The cranberry white chocolate chip lacked flavor. I ate this twice. Rocky road. Right when it came out and warm melting. Then a time before that one and it was a cookie that sat out for a while during the day of what some co workers got. Last one in the box. And I gotta say I think I like it better when it sits out for a while. Don't like it melting and all. I like more of a brownie texture. But that's just me. This cookie shop is super cute and clean! There's nowhere to sit and eat or dilly and dally about, which i love during the pandemic. I wish they had a few more cookie options, but it was sufficient for what i needed. I was coming to get birthday goodies for my boss' birthday! The cookie prices are high, but the cookies are huge and delicious! So i suppose its appropriately priced. I got a chocolate chip and an m&m cookie. She loved them! Maybe I caught them on an off week for their menu but I was NOT impressed. I got the milk chocolate chip, Sugar cookie, old fashioned donut & the cereal sandwich rolled in fruity pebbles. I only liked the chocolate chip and personally I've had way better for cheaper not to mention. The old fashioned donut was a pleasant surprise! It was definitely my favorite by far. Super delicious and I would have thought it was an actual donut. The sugar cookie icing was terrible in my opinion and the cereal cookie was a disaster. I went wanting the Oreo cookie but I didn't know they had a rotating menu. I might try and give them one more chance but man I was so sad because I've heard nothing but great things.
