I haven't had Crumbl cookies in a while. I decided to order Crumbl via DoorDash delivery. I wanted to surprise a fellow pumpkin spice lover with the weekly Pumpkin Square cookie. I also ordered one for myself. In addition, I got a four pack for the family. In the four pack was two Galaxy Brownie, a Caramel Shortbread (Twix) and a Chocolate Chunk cookie. The order arrived on time as promised. As expected we love the Pumpkin Square cookie. It had a perfect blend of pumpkin and spice. The Galaxy Brownie cookies are out of this world. These cookies are amazing. I haven't tried them all yet, but the cornbread cookie, chocolate chip cookie, and moonbeam cookie are tasty. The cornbread cookie tastes like a sugar cookie, but has a slight texture of cornmeal. I'm not sure what the lemon one is since it's not on the list in the app. It's like a two layer cake with frosting. Next I'm trying the caramel apple though. Placed the order online and when I walked in, there were easily 10 people inside between ordering and picking up. Arrived in store, placed my order for a strawberry cup and paid and was then told that they didn't have it so I requested a refund, then the manager came out and said he'll refund it because they have to go purchase the strawberries in order to make the desert. Not sure where the disconnect is. Maybe they shouldn't have allowed it to be offered on the kiosk or maybe they should have picked up the strawberries on their way to work since once you're open and offering everything on the menu, you waste peoples time by not having it. The names are cute, and looks like they take their time to make the cookies. Buttt taste wise the base of the cookie just taste the same to me, all of the flavors are in the icing. I think if the base has some of the same flavors it'll be amazing! I love how they switch out flavors and keeps people coming. And the other desserts cake cups looks and taste amazing. They also have some staples - like the classic chocolate chip (which is hands down my favorite) - that are constantly always on the menu. As far as price point goes, for a cookie of this size, it's fairly reasonable. I tend to just get the four pack to get a bang for my buck as well as try four different cookies!! At this time only 1 of the ordering kiosks we're working so we patiently waited behind the group deciding what they wanted. By the time it was our turn, a line had formed behind us. We ordered to be told they were out of chocolate chip cookies and had to wait. Watching the employees seemed like 10+ folks were working diligently so not sure how they ran out of their staple. We seen the cookies come out of the oven but no one was bringing them up front. About 5 mins past until the rack slowly was wheeled up. At this point, the groups of people waiting in the lobby were 5+ which is very cramped for this small lobby. We finally got our order which took About 10 mins from order to pick up. However, the cookies are excellent! The sugar cookie is one of our favorites, the Oreo was right on par and the chocolate chip was perfect. 4 stars leaves room for improvement on service but shows the quality of thier baked goods. read more

Went for their official grand opening and was treated with so much kindness. The young lady at the front door had a sack full of goodies for us as she greeted everyone individually and struck up fun conversations while we waited to be allowed in. The storefront is clean, bright, and fun. There were tons of employees making fresh batches of cookies. I've always enjoyed the cookies at Crumbl, but last week, Friday 4/4, I ordered a 4pack for a friend and when I opened them, it was obvious they had been dropped, either by someone at the store or by the delivery person. Three of the cookies were on lying top of each other at one end of the box (and the frosting was messed up) and the delicate strawberry cake one was wrecked. I contacted the store to tell them what happened and the lady I talked to said they would send me another box but it never came. I have reached out a few times over the weekend and today via email and have not gotten any kind of reply or response from Crumbl.
