Crumbl Cookies Birthday Cake (Patriotic): I've seen Crumbl all over social media and until my first visit in August of 2022 I did not understand the hype (I'm humble enough to admit I can be wrong). Crumbl rotates their flavors on a weekly basis and depending on the flavor some are absolutely amazing. Crumbl's official description for today's cookie is "a cake batter cookie topped with smooth cake batter frosting and patriotic sprinkles." Like most of the other cookies I've had it's thinner at the periphery, but towards the center it's dense, thick, and chewy. The cake batter flavor of the cookie is kind of a gimmick in my opinion. It's simply a sugar cookie. The cake batter frosting (which is the best part) lives up to the cake batter name better than the body of the cookie, but still isn't a bullseye. No surprise, the frosting is creamy and sweet with hints of vanilla and cream cheese. Topping it all off is an armada of red, white, and blue non-pareils. The non-pareils add a nicely contrasting crunch along with the aesthetic appeal. In closing, I wish the cake batter flavor would have been more prevalent, but it's still a delicious gourmet cookie thanks to the texture of the cookie and bountiful frosting. My daughter & I was very excited to try Crumbl cookies for their grand opening on Friday March 4. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by all saying welcome to Crumbl & an associate explained their ordering process via kiosk or w/ an cashier. Everyone was so welcoming & excited to see all the people ready to order their cookies. Signage, cookie presentation & pricing were all visible w/ great lighting. We placed our order on their kiosk which was very easy to do & you can also sign up for their Crumbl rewards via the app or in person to earn rewards for your purchases. In addition; they offer different selections of cookies every week so you can always try something different which is great. We purchased the 4 pack priced $13 w/ 3 chocolate chip & 1 Oreo birthday cake cookies. As soon as you place your order; your name will be attached & an employee will call you & show you your order. The cookies were big & delicious. Our only feedback would be to make sure your chocolate chip cookies are baked all the way through because ours were doughy & had to put them back in our oven to bake. Service and food quick however i dont like using the tablets to order as they dont make it clear how to enter for rewards points. Ive had employees try and help me twice and they ensured me that i would be able to enter number for rewards at the end of purchase which was not the case. These cookies are expensive so I try and get rewards when I can. It's unfortunate that I missed out many times. read more

The Crumbl Experience is what they call it and exactly what they gave. We received a warm welcome to Crumbl from the entire team. They gave us a overview of each item. Me and my family have been coming to this crumble for a long time, but as I've been noticing, there has been a recent decline in the quality of the product, service and cleanliness of the store. And I'm shocked to say we were not greeted by any of the four employees in the store. On my most recent purchase I was disheartened to receive the original pink box instead of the promotional Kardashian/ Jenner box, and because the employees seemed so unfriendly I didn't even bother to ask. read more

Every single cookie I have had there has been incredible! It is heaven! It is a perfect pick me up and I can not recommend this place enough. This new location opened up and was eager to try. They were busy for a Saturday afternoon but had a ton of eager friendly workers!! The place was cute, bright and clean. Very welcoming. This week was cereal week. I'm not a fan of cereal so I got a chocolate chip, the sugar cookie and the Reese peanut butter. These cookies are thick and pretty big - hard to eat one by yourself. The peanut butter was my favorite but I could tell the cookie was previously fridged or frozen. It was not warm like the chocolate chip. BUT it tasted good and took care of my craving for chocolate peanut butter. They do put lots of thick frosting on their cookies - yum!! Their sugar cookie was nice too with lots of frosting. I was disappointed in the chocolate chip it was undercooked and not enough chocolate chips to make it more gourmet. Overall I probably won't come back for myself - a bit pricey BUT I would go back to bring these cookies as gifts, or to the office for people to try. Many people in line were doing just that!! The packaging is cute and sophisticated looking. Definitely try it out for yourself. Maybe I'll try it again when the menu changes again. I like that concept of weekly new cookie flavors!! read more

Ordered a 4-pack. It seems I got there at a busy time, with 5-6 other orders being filled ahead of mine and only two gals working (but working pretty diligently!). After I was waiting about 7 minutes or so, we were informed that those of us waiting on one of my selected flavors would have about a 20 minute wait for more to be baked, or we could select a different flavor. My backup flavor ... sold out during the time that I was in the store waiting for my order! Fortunately my order already had one of those placed in my box, or it would have been really disappointing to have to skip two flavors. I did substitute with something else for the brownie cookie just because I had people and groceries waiting in the car and couldn't hang out for 20 minutes. We've only sampled two of the flavors so far but they have both been really yummy! It might be nice to have a few benches or chairs in the shop for customers while they are waiting, especially for anyone with a mobility/medical issue. read more

Me and my girlfriend love crumbl, the cookies are good, but the service at this location is far from good, the last couple times we have went we placed our orders on the little computers and that's that. The issue is people order after us and they get their cookies before us, we have had to wait 10-20 minutes each time, and the last time we went they didn't even know we ordered. They're never understaffed and it's never super busy when we go maybe 5-8 people ordering at once, I've noticed other people having to wait long times as well. read more
