Dried up re-warmed cookies and all their cookies are a hit or miss. I'd suggest going to the other Vegas location where they keep crumbles name alive. EDIT: I ordered the strawberry pops tart cookie and it's supposed to have strawberrry filling. Instead it was a chocolate filling. I can't make this sh*t up. Lol. Some technical issues aside, I'm still glad that I finally tried them. Crumbl is a pretty big cookie chain which I've managed to avoid trying until I stumbled into a small plaza for dinner and saw them in the same building. This location is on the southwest corner of Stephanie and Warm Springs, next to that Farmer Boys which I keep passing by. Placing the order via self-service kiosk was straightforward. I couldn't envision myself devouring enough huge calorie bombs to use any of the bulk size orders, so I just picked a couple single cookies ($4.50 each) that sounded interesting. The Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk Cookie was an obvious choice for me. Unfortunately, it's a lot less loaded with chocolate than the photos claimed. Despite that issue, it's still a solid version with a lightly crunchy exterior, soft center, and enough chocolate. The coarse salt sprinkles were nice but weren't distributed evenly enough. Overall, I'd order it again. The Raspberry Butter Cake Cookie sounded exciting, but the actual cookie didn't really shine. The dough itself is a soft, maybe slightly underdone sugary base that doesn't have much inherent flavor, so it kinda dilutes the raspberry topping and the icing, which were pretty good when I got a taste of them. I don't look forward to finishing it off though. I did see several reviews about slow service because I specifically looked it up while I had a longer than expected wait. Perhaps the point of sale or internet was malfunctioning, but it took 10 minutes to get my order, and over half of that was filled with puzzled-looking employees. There were only a couple of people ahead of me too. And it didn't help that there aren't any seats to use while waiting. I'll keep this Crumbl in mind since it's pretty convenient for me, but they obviously need to do a little work. At this point, I'm more likely to look for a different option when I get a cookie craving. read more

I've never been into Crumbl before & let me tell you, this was such a quick and easy process. I was looking for the Dubai chocolate cookie (thankfully they still had it) and was able to use their digital ordering right there in the store. The girl working was friendly & my order was ready within 2 minutes (this was with 2 people ahead of me) so I was very happy with this location. It's cute, clean & very well laid out. It's such a fun idea, and I genuinely look forward to seeing what new flavors they come up with each week. However, I've noticed that every time I come to this particular location, the experience doesn't quite match the quality of the cookies. There always seems to be a long wait, even when I order ahead, and sometimes my order isn't correct when I finally get it. It can be a little frustrating because the counter often doesn't have anyone available to help or answer questions, and since it's such a busy store, the staff seem too overwhelmed to check in with customers waiting for their orders. We ordered in-store and were warmly welcomed by a lovely young lady who was incredibly patient with me while I made my choices. I settled on an animal cookie, a caramel popcorn cookie (the name escapes me), a brookie, strawberry milk cookie, and the classic chocolate chip. I received an email about this week's flavors and the inspiration behind them so of course I availed my points for a complimentary 3pack and a Kris Jenner yellow cake with chocolate. I typically pickup inside but opted for curb side since I have a new car that I can sit pretty and wait. After nearly 30 minutes and tons of people waiting indoor and out I decided to go inside to pick up my order. I waited about five more minutes before a young lady called my name. I got some of this week's cookies because for once I really wanted to try them all. They all look so pretty and I like the way they are soft baked. I am a major sweets person so I enjoy the frosting. I scheduled a pick up so service was pretty quick. When the staff showed me inside the box before closing it up she asked something and I asked "pardon?" I placed a scheduled for a party box to celebrate my birthday with my coworkers. When I came in to pick it up, the box was not ready...No big deal. Upon taking a closer look once I got the cookies, the box came unlined, so all the oils from the cookies began to stain the box. I have been to more inviting crumbl locations, both in terms of service and ambiance. This one is quite boxed in with no waiting space when it gets busy. I'm not sure if the team works well with each other. I received a refund for all my raw cookies, and a free box of 4. It was nice of them to give me resolve. I had to show proof via email. When I came to the store I received a little bit of run around and hesitation to refund, but eventually after explaining myself a few times I got the refund that I was promised. I love crumbl cookies because they taste good and are a fun treat to try with different flavors every week. But, unfortunately every time I come to this specific location there is a long wait or something wrong with my order. The counter doesn't usually have a person to speak to and since it's such a busy location the employees don't really stop to ask people for their order or name on the order. I came to pickup my order from the mobile app and for some reason everyone around me was getting their cookies before me when it said mine were ready. Even people who placed orders in the store on the kiosk got their cookies faster than my "completed order" and I was standing there for at least 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. I waited til everyone cleared out to ask them about my order. They just said "one second" to look for it and couldn't find it, most likely realising they gave my cookies away to someone else. No apologies for the wait, no communication about anything... it just didn't feel like good customer service to me. The Great, no doubt about it is the cookies all day long. The bad is the lack of customer service, more like none at all. Came in this morning to buy 6 large cookies. Walked in with a large family crowding around the front (no biggie ), even after they left - the employee/ person working at the front preparing the ingredients didn't acknowledge us. Okay cool. Stood by the pick up counter side in my observation while waiting just felt sterile like the non customer service feel it is (being in the valley where it's primarily customer service industry. I really love crumbl and especially the concept. I wait for the new cookie flavors each week and they often have some really delicious flavors. The week of thanksgiving they introduced mini pies that are constructed out of Oreo, graham cracker, and pie crust. This was such a unique and creative concept I had to order some for thanksgiving dinner. I placed an order 4 hours in advance and gave the store adequate time before notifying I was there. Regardless I wanted for an hour and a half for my online order. It seemed like they were prioritizing walk in customers who were packing in and getting their orders in 20-30 minutes. I understand how busy and stressful it can be during the holidays I would just like to see some better execution for the online orders. My grandma's birthday was yesterday and I decided to buy her some cookies from Crumbl. It's nice to know that there's a Crumbl location fairly close to me. I've had their cookies before but actually never been inside. There are two self-ordering stations but I felt it was best to place my order with the cashier. The cashier was placing orders and assembling the boxes by herself, seeing that this is a sign that they were understaffed. Despite this, she was friendly and had great customer service skills. I ordered a six pack box, which consisted of the following: (2) semi sweet chocolate chunk, (2) Oreo, (1) chocolate cupcake, and (1) Monster, which is peanut butter with M&M's. Even though there was only one person working there, my order still came out quickly. Let me throw this in...their cookies are HUGE!! My family was pleasantly surprised when they saw them and I immediately knew that they wanted one or half of a cookie. They could not finish the entire thing so I took the box back with me all for myself. Out of all these, I think my favorite is a tie between the semi sweet chocolate chunk and the Oreo.
