You park in a parking garage behind the store and then have to walk all the way around the front. Worked for us, however if it's later at night or dark out, felt a little suspect in the area. They had a pink velvet cake, white chocolate Biscoff, strawberry cheesecake and an Oreo cheesecake for their flavors of the week. All were delicious! I was so excited when I saw my sea salt toffee cookie back after over a year!! I sent hubby and he came back and I was so happy. But when I opened the box I see they forgot the sea salt. I know, first world problems. The cookies were good but super disappointing that they weren't correct. I know hubby should have said something when they show him but honestly he didn't know any better. He just was so excited to get them for me. I have a few events that are hosted at the Student Union so it's easy to stop by this Crumbl to pick up some cookies! This week's flavors are the following (September 2024) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk Banana Bread The Afterlife Cake (Based on the Beetlejuice Beetlejuice movie!) Churro Strawberry Shortcake Cookie Triple Chocolate Chip Cookie We ended up ordering a pack of 4. All of the cookies, cakes, and breads were super fresh! Banana Bread: This was delicious! There was a ton of brown sugar and cinnamon streusel topped on the banana bread! It wasn't overpowering and you could still taste the banana. The Afterlife Cake: This was my favorite flavor this week! It was two layers of dark chocolate cake with vanilla and dark chocolate cream cheese. The cream cheese really helped balance out the dark chocolate flavors! It also came with a special topper edition for Beetlejuice Beetlejuice! Churro Cookie: This was a cinnamon flavored cookie with a cinnamon buttercream topped on top of the cookie! It was super yummy! The Triple Chocolate Cookie: The cookie was packed with creamy white chips and milk chocolate chips! I could also taste a little bit of semi-sweet chunks in it too! The cookie was very good! We all deserve treats right? I decided to treat myself to some cookies and was super glad I did. I was first introduced to Crumbl during a Yelp event and now I'm back for more. I have to say that I do like the weird flavors more than the traditional ones, however for a basic flavor these cookies are really good. My favorite flavor was the cornbread. OMG it was sooooo good. If they have this one when you're there it's a must have. Cornmeal cookie with honey drizzle and...drumroll...butter flavored buttercream frosting. I died. The strawberry cake flavor was good, and the old fashioned doughnut flavor just kind of made me want an old fashioned doughnut instead of the cookie version which had a cinnamon like flavor. The service at this location is fine. I came in as the only customer there on a weekday and no one really said hi. I saw an iPad that was an order screen. I waited for a little bit then asked someone that worked there if I was supposed to order with her or self order on the iPad. She said "you can use that if you want" So I did. No one was rude or bad, it was just like why am I tipping if I'm the one providing the customer service to myself? Either way I always tip and y'all should too, but the company should probably just pay a living wage and not rely on the customers to help out the girls who are baking their buns off in the back and have an automated system to do customer facing services. read more

I love Crumbl cookie! It's a franchised company with several locations in the US. They have one across the street from UNLV, at the University Gateway building on Maryland and Dorothy, right next to Brew Tea Bar. There's available parking in the garage. Freshly baked cookies are so yummy! They offer six flavors at a time and the menu changes every week with a new flavor. On my visit, they had a jammy heart with raspberry, confetti, red velvet, lemon glaze, snickerdoodle, and semi-sweet chocolate chunk. I wanted a single cookie, the other options are 4-pack, 6-pack, and a party box of 12 cookies. After placing an order, they take the cookie from the oven and it goes inside a pretty pink box. I had the semi-sweet chocolate chunk ($4.28), so good! It's a huge cookie with a yummy exterior crisp and gooey chocolate chips, this goes perfectly with coffee. Service from Diana is friendly, she's very kind, welcoming, and politely answered questions. read more

The ordering system is great and all digital with a sample of all that days cookies out and labeled for your convenience. The cookie was handed to me quickly in a cute individual box. The cookie itself had good texture crumb and was slight warm upon handoff. The flavor was fine but as a baker, it truly didn't feel unique in flavor to me. I wanted to write a review with the hopes that the owner will see it and hopefully make a change. Every time there's a cream pie type cookie, this location doesn't add enough topping. I see all these videos of people sharing reviews on Tik Tok and the cookies I get never look like those , and to be honest it always upsets me. This week I went to try the strawberry milk cookie hoping it would look like the images I am sharing in my review. But the cookie I got only had a small amount of the strawberry cream compared to the website image and cookies shared by content creators on Tik Tok. This week it was the strawberry milk, and last time it was the chocolate silk pie cookie. Please make them look like other stores make them , or I'll have to drive further to another location .
