I recently had Crumbl for the first time and I'm hooked! The cookies are really tasty. I have had the Brownie Batter, Milk Chocolate Chip last week and they were delicious. The Brownie Batter was very rich but tasty. Coworkers said the Maple Bacon and Mint Chip Ice Cream were really good. The Pink Donut I was told was too sweet. I like the fact that the flavors change weekly. The cookies in the photo were all good except the cookie dough cookie to me. The cookie dough cookie was too sweet for me. This location has two iPads to place your order and two card readers. You choose what cookies you'd like and they box and serve you really quickly. The staff are kind and efficient when busy. The storefront is small and bright with natural light. There is no place to sit and eat on the inside or outside. The establishment is strictly order and go. I'd recommend this location and cookies for a sweet treat or to give as a gift to friends and family for celebrations.

I'm so particular about my cookies bc I like them dense, with a slight crisp, and somewhat Cakey... but yet they can still melt in your mouth..... we'll CRUMBL gets me. I am definitely addicted. I spend way more than I should here. This past week we got moon pie, dirt cake, and banana pie..... all three 10/10. Whenever they have lemon crinkle or anything lemon... I'm there and it's always a 10/10... now they offer shipping so I send dozens of cookies to family in NY and they enjoy that. When I'm sad babe knows to bring me crumbl... I just ... don't ever pass by a Crumbl and not check out the dopeness that is a constantly changing menu !! I have nothing more to say except for that I already had my crumble fix for this week but I might need to double back for the week At least I know I have crumble cash to look forward to for all the spending I do.... We need more events where we get like elite status or quadruple Crumbl points... That's all! Got get some !! Pictures attached were of a savory "almost everything" bagel cookie !! And cookie butter!! Please bring her back Only thing I can add is that yes... this particular location tends to have longer than normal wait times. And I don't always get a greeting but it's ok... just gimme my cookies lol

I am absolutely in love!!! I'd heard great things about Crumbl, but thought it was hype. I mean how delicious could a cookie be?! It's just a cookie. No!! This is satisfaction in the form of big, soft, chewy, goody goodness. As a first timer, I couldn't try just a single cookie, so I purchased the graham cracker (w/ teddy grahams), the milk chocolate chip, molten lava, and the peanut butter. The teddy graham was my least favorite. It was pretty bland and the decorative teddy grahams were soggy. I didn't care for the amount of icing on it either. The chocolate chip tasted just as I expected it to, classic and delicious but nothing extraordinary. The peanut butter was so thick, yet crumbly, sweet, and soft. I would surely get it again. The molten lava was my fav!!! It's like a cross between a brownie and chocolate cake...so, basically, it's scrumptious!! I can't wait to see what flavors there will be next week! I also appreciate the customer service I received from the gentleman who walked me through the process. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I didn't get his name, but I appreciate him.

We tried crumbl and were happy but not overwhelmed with the taste of the cookies. The self-service ordering was easy and they quickly fulfilled our order. We tried two everyday flavors and two weekly flavors. The key lime and snickers flavors were ok but not great. The chocolate chip cookie and chilled sugar were also good and we can see why they stay every week. Would likely go back to try other flavors in the future but don't see this being something we keep close tabs on. Also I would like to try the ice cream flavors-they only had lemon poppyseed available at the time of our visit.

Underestimated this place when having my very first Crumbl cookie which was the Cornbread flavor. I didn't like that particular one, too rich in the batter and heavy. But every week is a new flavor. So from Honeybun, to Banana Cream Pie, which are my favorites now. There's sure a flavor for everyone. 4.00 for a single box is plentiful too! Or you can do more than one.

Crumbl is a new spot in Humble to get your sweet fix, and it's open late. The cookies from here are not your average size out of the bag grocery store cookie, but as big as my hand, IMO, made for sharing. They are considered "gourmet" cookies, so they are pricey for a single cookie. Besides the standard chocolate chip flavor, they serve up unique flavors which change on a weekly basis, so in order to know what's on the menu, you can either call up the store or follow them on their social media accounts. I've tasted a few flavors and I enjoy the chocolate chip, churro, and sugar cookies. The space is clean, and I dig the minimalist vibe. There is one bench in the store so this place is made for take-out.

Been to this location for three weeks straight now and you REALLY have to use extreme caution when eating this cookies. Soft, gooey, and just melt right in your mouth. I would not recommend eating more than a fourth from each cookie at once. Especially those watching their waistline. These cookies are extremely addicting and very hard to put down. They offer six new flavors at the start of every week and are very good. You really don't want to know what the ingredients are, nevertheless any true cookie lover; especially the soft cookie lovers will really appreciate this place. You've been warned. Good luck!!!

Came in as a first time customer after seeing so many of my friends try these cookies! I was so confused on what to order and lucky for me, the guy standing at the cashier took such great care of us! His customer service was top notch, explaining the taste and popularity of each cookie and even told us some fun facts on the history of this chain! I went ahead and ordered two boxes and all their flavors! That's when I kinda went wrong though.. after taking 2-3 bites of the cookie, I was so incredibly full. Do not underestimate these cookies; they're large and super filling!! I definitely recommend just ordering one cookie for yourself and not wasting two boxes like me. My favorite flavor was lucky charms but it was only a weekly special so it probably won't be there when you visit.

I love that they have 5 different flavors and they are all big enough to share with a few people. The hype is real! Crumbl Cookies is officially one of my favorite cookie places. They have a different set of 4 flavors every week with chocolate chip and chilled sugar cookie permanently in the weekly lineup. I was able to try their molten lava cookie which was a chocolate cookie with a fudge center. It tasted just like a brownie with brownie batter in the center..it was soooo good! I also had to try the chocolate chip because you can't go wrong with a classic. The chocolate chip wasn't anything special, but I liked that it was not too sweet. I also love their packaging! The prices are a little steep for me at $3.48 for a single cookie so that's what brings it to 4 stars for me. The cookies are huge, though, which somewhat makes up for the price. I'll be back to try a different specialty flavor and their ice cream! read more

My husband and I frequent this location for dessert at least once, sometimes 2-3 times a week because the cookies are just that amazing! The customer service is always top notch. My first assumption was that they were a little on the pricey side for a single cookie, but let me tell you they are well worth it! The cookies are pretty big so 1 will be more than enough. They are baked to perfection; thick and moist on the inside, yet crisp on the outside AND they are served warm. My favorite is the chocolate chip. It tastes homemade, not the dough-like, not fully baked cookies you typically find at other cookie companies. It's literally one of the best tasting cookies I've had in my life. read more

Cookies are kinda expensive $14 for 4 cookies they're big and I like that they have new flavors weekly! We placed an ordered for 2 four packs of cookies to be delivered. Within 2 minutes of receiving our delivery we noticed that only half of the cookies were delivered. We contacted the store immediately and the employee first told us that she could not find any record of our order. This ordered had been placed less than 20 minutes prior to this call. She continued to indicate that there was no record of the order and asked if it could have been placed under another name. The cookie box clearly had my name on it so there is no way that it was placed under another name. We asked to talk with a manager and once again we were told that it would not help and that we needed to call the delivery driver and that there was nothing they could do to help us. We were then placed on hold and she found the order on the tablet but once again said that they couldn't and wouldn't be able to help us. These cookies are expensive and to only receive half the order with no assistance or concern from the store employee concerning the mishap is just not acceptable. read more

I recommend everyone to try Crumbl at least once. It's hit or miss, either you're a fan or you're not. I like the fact that they have different options each week and on the app it shows you the different ingredients used to create the cookie. They also have their standard chocolate chip cookie and sugar cookie each week on the menu, inclusive with their specialty cookies for the week. So each week it's definitely some fun options. Service is cool. Depending on when you go will determine the crowd or no crowd that you may get. So sometimes they're quick and efficient and some days they're not. My personal favorite would be the snickerdoodle, churro, sugar with pink icing, the lemon pie and the apple crumble. Any of the chocolate cookies are very rich so be prepared for an explosion of chocolate when you get any of their cookies that have a chocolate cookie as the base. These cookies are huge to share between two people unless you have a sweet tooth and you're greedy and want the cookie all to yourself NOM Nom Nom! read more

This is a good concept. I wasn't aware that the cookie selection changed weekly but I appreciate the versatility in their selection. This has become my favorite sweet spot. The employees are always pleasant, the facility is clean, and the cookie presentation is very unique. I didn't think I would enjoy a chilled cookie but i was hooked on the Twix cookie. The only downside is that I will have to wait until my favorite cookie go back into rotation...but every week I've changed to a new favorite. read more

Wow - I picked up the box of 12 cookies and it was HUGE and very heavy! Makes for an impressive gift. Sadly I did't get to taste one but I heard they were delicious. You have to use the app to order but it's super easy and when I pulled up I hit the "I'm here"button on the app and they brought the order right out in less than a couple minutes. Ive been ordering crumbl for a while now. 99% of the time, I have them delivered to my home. Recently, I had an issue where my box wasn't properly sealed. I tried to contact the location about 4-5 time and no one ever answered the phone. I left voicemails and I never received a call back. I actually visited the location last week for the first time physically and absolutely NO ONE smiled or greeted me at all. I put in my order using the kiosk and waited for my order to be complete. there was no human interaction whatsoever so that was really disappointing. Last night, 2/25/24, I saw some incredible flavors so I pre ordered to have my order delivered on 2/26. I purchased a dozen! I received a call saying everything was sold out and they wouldn't have any available for hours. I was told to cancel and re order. Come to find out, the app would not let me cancel and of course, no one answers the phone at that location so I'm currently just hoping I still get my order at some point today. I love Crumbl but the customer service needs some work. If you ever have an issue or concern, you can't reach anyone! I even sent a DM on Instagram. I shouldn't have to work that hard to reach a member of the tea. I'm truly disappointed in my experiences. If anyone ever sees this, I'd appreciate a response. read more

I wish I had taken a picture of my cookies but walking in my mouth was already watering upon walking in. Imagine your nostrils being accosted by the luscious smells of warm cookies that is what it's like walking in. I got the red velvet, chocolate caramel, chocolate chip and peanut butter. The red velvet and peanut butter were my favorite. The peanut butter tastes like sticking your finger inside a jar of peanut butter cookie butter. read more

I placed an online order and choose from their weekly lineup. Called when I was outside and a worker brought my order out. Cute packaging and cookies were huge and impressively decorated for this I gave 3 stars, sadly however they didn't taste as great as they looked and because of this I will not return. Cookies tasted mediocre. I was expecting the same taste as Great American cookies maybe better but I could hardly taste any flavor. I was disappointed as I was looking for a local go-to cookie place but I'll get better taste with refrigerated Toll House or Pillsbury cookies. read more

If you like cookies (and I mean, who doesn't?) run, don't walk to this place. Their app and delivery are both great and they have a loyalty points program too! Their menu changes weekly, so I find my new favorite almost every week. For now it's Chocolate Cake! And while you're there, make sure to pick up one of their adorable cookie cutters. read more

These cookies are DELICIOUS! Puts Tifs cookies to shame! Big thick soft cookies that's what I'm talking about! Yum! They always have a chocolate chip and an iced sugar cookie and then they have 4 different flavor, so 6 flavors total. That's all you need to choose from, trust me that are all good! Established in 2017.

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever.
