The hype is real! Crumbl Cookies is officially one of my favorite cookie places. They have a different set of 4 flavors every week with chocolate chip and chilled sugar cookie permanently in the weekly lineup. I was able to try their molten lava cookie which was a chocolate cookie with a fudge center. It tasted just like a brownie with brownie batter in the center..it was soooo good! I also had to try the chocolate chip because you can't go wrong with a classic. The chocolate chip wasn't anything special, but I liked that it was not too sweet. I also love their packaging! The prices are a little steep for me at $3.48 for a single cookie so that's what brings it to 4 stars for me. The cookies are huge, though, which somewhat makes up for the price. I'll be back to try a different specialty flavor and their ice cream! read more

My husband and I frequent this location for dessert at least once, sometimes 2-3 times a week because the cookies are just that amazing! The customer service is always top notch. My first assumption was that they were a little on the pricey side for a single cookie, but let me tell you they are well worth it! The cookies are pretty big so 1 will be more than enough. They are baked to perfection; thick and moist on the inside, yet crisp on the outside AND they are served warm. My favorite is the chocolate chip. It tastes homemade, not the dough-like, not fully baked cookies you typically find at other cookie companies. It's literally one of the best tasting cookies I've had in my life. read more

We placed an ordered for 2 four packs of cookies to be delivered. Within 2 minutes of receiving our delivery we noticed that only half of the cookies were delivered. We contacted the store immediately and the employee first told us that she could not find any record of our order. This ordered had been placed less than 20 minutes prior to this call. She continued to indicate that there was no record of the order and asked if it could have been placed under another name. The cookie box clearly had my name on it so there is no way that it was placed under another name. We asked to talk with a manager and once again we were told that it would not help and that we needed to call the delivery driver and that there was nothing they could do to help us. We were then placed on hold and she found the order on the tablet but once again said that they couldn't and wouldn't be able to help us. These cookies are expensive and to only receive half the order with no assistance or concern from the store employee concerning the mishap is just not acceptable. read more

I recommend everyone to try Crumbl at least once. It's hit or miss, either you're a fan or you're not. I like the fact that they have different options each week and on the app it shows you the different ingredients used to create the cookie. They also have their standard chocolate chip cookie and sugar cookie each week on the menu, inclusive with their specialty cookies for the week. So each week it's definitely some fun options. Service is cool. Depending on when you go will determine the crowd or no crowd that you may get. So sometimes they're quick and efficient and some days they're not. My personal favorite would be the snickerdoodle, churro, sugar with pink icing, the lemon pie and the apple crumble. Any of the chocolate cookies are very rich so be prepared for an explosion of chocolate when you get any of their cookies that have a chocolate cookie as the base. These cookies are huge to share between two people unless you have a sweet tooth and you're greedy and want the cookie all to yourself NOM Nom Nom! read more

This is a good concept. I wasn't aware that the cookie selection changed weekly but I appreciate the versatility in their selection. This has become my favorite sweet spot. The employees are always pleasant, the facility is clean, and the cookie presentation is very unique. I didn't think I would enjoy a chilled cookie but i was hooked on the Twix cookie. The only downside is that I will have to wait until my favorite cookie go back into rotation...but every week I've changed to a new favorite. read more

Wow - I picked up the box of 12 cookies and it was HUGE and very heavy! Makes for an impressive gift. Sadly I did't get to taste one but I heard they were delicious. Ive been ordering crumbl for a while now. 99% of the time, I have them delivered to my home. Recently, I had an issue where my box wasn't properly sealed. I tried to contact the location about 4-5 time and no one ever answered the phone. I left voicemails and I never received a call back. I actually visited the location last week for the first time physically and absolutely NO ONE smiled or greeted me at all. I put in my order using the kiosk and waited for my order to be complete. there was no human interaction whatsoever so that was really disappointing. Last night, 2/25/24, I saw some incredible flavors so I pre ordered to have my order delivered on 2/26. I purchased a dozen! I received a call saying everything was sold out and they wouldn't have any available for hours. I was told to cancel and re order. Come to find out, the app would not let me cancel and of course, no one answers the phone at that location so I'm currently just hoping I still get my order at some point today. I love Crumbl but the customer service needs some work. If you ever have an issue or concern, you can't reach anyone! I even sent a DM on Instagram. I shouldn't have to work that hard to reach a member of the tea. I'm truly disappointed in my experiences. If anyone ever sees this, I'd appreciate a response. read more

Imagine your nostrils being accosted by the luscious smells of warm cookies that is what it's like walking in. I got the red velvet, chocolate caramel, chocolate chip and peanut butter. Cute packaging and cookies were huge and impressively decorated for this I gave 3 stars, sadly however they didn't taste as great as they looked and because of this I will not return.
