Murder on the diet, but great on the cheat days. They have a rotating weekly cookie menu listed on their website AND a loyalty program--yay gourmet cookie enthusiasts! It's not cheap, but just one look at that pretty pink box and you know you are getting the Tiffany's box of the cookie kingdom. You can get the mini cookies if you need to try different flavor profiles, but we go for the commitment and just get the three or four cookies of our dreams and cut them up like pie slices. Afterall, you made the trip over to the shop, so you must make it worth your while, right? Just the scent of soft sweet warm goodness is fantastically uplifting. I'm including a screenshot of the promotion advertising one free cookie per person. Nowhere in the advertisement does it say one free cookie per person, per app. This is where their customer service failed. I was there with my kids, but because only one person in our group had the app, I was only allowed to redeem one free cookie. I also purchased three of their thin chocolate chip cookies. They're so thin that two of them are basically the thickness of one cookie. When I questioned the promotion, every employee simply said, "It comes from our higher-ups." That wasn't a helpful explanation. I then asked for my receipt and the employee told me he couldn't give me one. I asked if they could at least add the rewards points to my account, but I was told it was "too late." They handed me all of the cookies in individual bags. I asked for a bag or a box to carry everything and she said I would have to purchase one for $0.49. I agreed, but then she told me I would have to get back in line to buy it. After already waiting in line once, being told to wait all over again for a simple bag/box was ridiculous. When I got home, all of the cookies had stuck together in the bags, making them difficult to separate without breaking them. Overall, the customer service was disappointing from start to finish. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience at Crumbl Cookies was unacceptable from start to finish. I went in to buy cookies, yet somehow they couldn't even sell me any. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the employee helping me provided some of the worst customer service I've experienced. He refused to give me a refund and wouldn't even provide a receipt for my purchase. His solution was to have me write down my name and phone number and promise that someone would call me the next day. Of course, no one ever called. When I returned to follow up, the manager was no better. Rather than apologizing or trying to make things right, she gave me attitude because she couldn't find my name on their list. Instead of taking responsibility, I was made to feel like I was the inconvenience. This entire experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, communication, and customer care. It's disappointing that a business can treat paying customers this way and then fail to follow through on the solution they promised. I won't be returning to this location, and I'll be sharing my experience with my friends and family so they know what kind of service to expect. Confessions of a cookie addict. I thought I was in recovery. I had my cookie addiction in check. I have been doing well on my low-carb diet for months and lost over 50 pounds. For a long time i use to love Crumbl cookies, but for the past few times it seems like there is a problem going on with who ever is baking the cookies. Customer service is always nice, the place is clean and organized, but it is a hit or miss with the cookies, some are good some are bad some are inedible. I went this week and got 4 cookies and a cake, the cake was good, but i am definitely not a fan, they are way to "cake out of the box"... 2 of the 4 cookies were very bad, one was so hard i couldn't even cut it with a knife. My always time favorite chocolate chip was not good...there is a problem with consistency and they really need to reteach again the employees who are baking on how to get them right, or hire someone with experience on baking, to bring back the Crumbl, sadly i will be going to another location in the mean time to see if i have better luck. read more

Every single time (which is often) i come into this location it's a hot mess.. today was the experience that put me over the edge. There was a line out the door, one employee at the register and no one seemed to get a grasp on how to manage things. They said they were out of cookies and that it would be an hour. We had placed our order through the app and they said they had no full size cookies only minis so if you ordered a full cookie you would get three minis in its place. These cookies are huge and really good. So if you're looking for something sweet at night, this is the perfect place. I wanted something sweet and underestimated the size. They had cool flavors so I knew I had to try several. I tried the blueberry cheesecake (my favorite by far!), the churro (delicious) and the milk chocolate chip and the cookie dough, the last two were alright but the blueberry cheesecake and churro were so good that I went back the next day and got them again! It's unfortunate that these 2 flavors are flavors for now and will change soon. So get them while you can! We ordered the cookies and got them in 5 minutes, despite the place being crowded. This cookie shop is the bomb. They are honestly the perfect cookies, not too much on these cookies like other cookie shops. Its the perfect balance of sweet and salty. My favorite was the raspberry cheesecake, it taste just like a slice of cheesecake! My second favorite was the lemon poppy seed, it had a lemon custard filling. So excited to try this new premium cookie place. It's located in the Costco place on 137 Ave and 120 St, in the spot where the froyo place used to be. It's my first time hearing about Crumbl Cookies but now writing this review I found out that they are actually a large franchise with over 250 bakeries in 36 states. Their cookies are large, about 4" diameter and 1" thick, and are served warm too. It's about $3 a piece, on par with other premium cookies. I like the Dirt Cake, which, as you can imagine, has some cookie crumbles. They even put a gummi worm there, so cute! Their cookies are really soft, almost like a rich cake, and on the sweet side. The cookies come in really cute boxes. The place is take out only, a small store front with a large back area where the busy cookie production is in full view. My only negative is that I am underwhelmed with the selection. At first I thought the choice was limited because the place is new, but actually it's the chain's MO. While they have over 100 varieties, only 6 is available at any time: two permanent offerings of sugar and chocolate chip, plus four rotating flavors, which is the same across the country as listed on their website. When I visit other cookie places, I have a hard time narrowing down my choices. Here, I was prepared to spend more but the current rotation just happened not to be my favorites. I mean, it's not bad cookie, but everybody has their preferences. This location was nothing but a disappointment. I placed an order for curbside pick up, once I arrived I called several times to no avail. Over 20 minute waiting for someone to answer the call. I had to get off being sick (reason for doing curbside). The store was overflowing with people, it was total chaos. Was not able to receive my order as I never made it to the front counter. Got different flavors but have to say, milk chocolate chip cookie took the prize, and pink doughnut a second (least favorite was lemon). I do feel they need a bit more organization as the cookies were not given out in order of placing it with customers. Some people came after us and got it first and some waiting a while, and I ended getting mine before them. Just visited Crumbl Cookies for the first time, after hearing and seeing a lot of hype on it through various outlets. Service was good- we opted for online ordering and found their app was easy to use. Our cookie order was placed and ready within 5 minutes. Staff was pleasant. The place itself is simple and cute. Nothing crazy or fancy , but cute enough for the concept. The cookies themselves were OK. They had decent flavor but there was nothing particularly special about them IMO. The sugar cookie and Twix were way too overloaded with icing and frosting. They are already super sweet, but add to that the mountain of icing on both and it was almost hurting our teeth towards the end. We ended up wiping some off. The cookies themselves had a nice buttery flavor. The Twix cookie is odd because it's served very cold. Not to my personal preference. I personally feel like cookies should all be served warm. :) It almost felt like they had taken in out of the freezer right before they served them to us. Some of the other cookies were supposed to be warm, but they were all room temperature at best. Not sure what happened there. Aside from that, the cookies weren't bad and perhaps flavors from a different week would be much more suited to our liking. The cookies are on the pricier side, but it's about on par with these types of premium sweets.
