We ordered online and now I have an account with them andddddd I'm half way to getting my Crumbl points haha. So out of the list, we chose the Peanut Butter Munch (of course) ice spice would be so proud. And also an Oreo birthday cake, because I'm a sucker for anything birthday cake flavored. Let me tell you, wow. I love Crumbl cookies. The cookie literally crumbls and it's so so so delicious. He said the peanut butter munch is his favorite cookie of all time anywhere. So it's deserves more than 5 stars. The order was ready quick. And the store was so clean and the smell as soon as I walked in, had me flying off my feet, it smelled SO GOOD in there. I loved this experience. I enjoy that they have different cookies every week so it helps spice up the variety. Peanut Butter Munch and Oreo Birthday Cake are both so delicious. Tried this place out for the first time since it used to be Yogun Fruz. We opened the door and it did not smell like fresh baked cookies. It smelled like peanut butter. My boys ordered two single cookies: bubble gum and Krispy. Both were said to be served warm per the menu, but unfortunately weren't served warm when we got them. Bubblegum cookie was a sugar cookie with cake frosting on top. It wasn't bad, but wasn't out of this world. Same for the Krispy cookie. Drinks are extra. Milk is about $3. Paid $7 for two cookies. It's fast service. Limited menu too. They have Twix, classic sugar, bubblegum, chocolate chip, Krispy and Reese peanut butter cup. Was not very impressed and probably won't come back. read more

So today I ordered delivery ..... disaster!! I live in a gated community which is literally an oval around a lake. They called me from security that the delivery was here and I was waiting for a while after they called from the gate. When 10 minutes passed I knew something was wrong so I drove to the other side of the lake and the cookies were on the ground in front of someone's house on the other side that has the same number. So fed up with the lack of communication from this company. As a usual crumbl customer, I've never complained about wait times/long queues, but something I've noticed is that employees prioritize uber eats over physical customers in line. You can be in line for 30+ minutes, all for the employee at the front to say that they're sold out because they're prioritizing uber orders over physical customers. I find it absurd that physical customers that take time out of their day to drive here and have to wait 30+ minutes for cookies that won't be sold because uber is first priority. read more

First time buying and my experience was not great. Girl handling order was lost. She handled the 6 kids in front of me their order. They opened all the boxes and I saw how they touched the cookies then told the girl their order was wrong. Girl put the wrong cookies back in the baking sheets ( instead of throwing them away). 2 orders after me went out and mine nothing, till I said something and again she was lost. When she finally finds my order I see her going to get one of the cookies she had put back and I asked her if she was giving me the ones she had put back and all 4 employees looked at me as if I was a crazy person. I placed an order for delivery at around 10pm. They close at 12 so I figured that wasn't to close to closing. I got a text that said to call the store due to my order being modified or cancelled. Like most people, I've seen SO many Crumbl Cookie reviews on TikTok, that I just knew I had to try them when I was in the Kendall area. Last Saturday was finally the day, and I was left REALLY underwhelmed. I tried some of their rotating flavors - key lime pie, peanut butter Snicker's and iced oatmeal. Nothing was packing much of a punch and the flavors are all pretty muted. The key lime pie one barely had lime zest in the cream, while the peanut butter Snicker's had such a thick layer of frosting, I had to peel it off. The iced oatmeal was probably the best one, but also nothing out of this world. The service is super friendly and prompt, but I wouldn't rush to Crumbl anytime soon. There are way better cookie spots in Miami like Night Owl, Liger's and Cindy Lou's, which also helps to support local. They also only serve the cookies in particular boxes? I ordered 3, but they gave me three individual boxes instead of a box for 4. Definitely strange. There's plenty of parking since they're located in a massive shopping center. read more

Usually cookie dough is a little rubbery and textured weird, but this one was good.
