Everyone is nice when you walk in . They always have everything from the menu when I go in.

I only visit this location when I go to Costco and both times I have been disappointe. the first time I went about half an hour after opening and my sugar cookie was frozen from the day before and it was obvious because the icing slid right off of the cookie as it defrosted and the condensation ruined the pink box. Plus as a person with dentures I couldn't even bite into it and since it was not really cooked completely once it was defrosted it turned into mush. I emailed Crumbl and never heard back. Well yesterday I really wanted to try the lemon poppy seeds thrown and against my better judgement I went ahead and grabbed one. I thought since it was later in the day it would at least be cooked fresh and it probably was but it was just a sugar cookie that had some poppy seeds and white glaze in it. I saw some lemon goop in parts of the middle but there was never a hint of lemon flavor and I was so bummed out. I don't know if it's the location or the lack of a good cookie design because I have not tried this cookie before but I used to love their lemon cookies that had a slice of lemon on them. read more

Really good cookie flavor selection this month (October 2024). Mine was made fresh when I got there, and they were amazing! I just had a few bites of a couple of the cookies, and shared some with my hubby, but he was very impressed as well! The space was really clean and modern in style. And, I ordered online, so it was pretty easy and quick to do that. I supposed of you are a regular, you would get the app. My favorite cookie that I had, was the Pumpkin one with Cream Cheese Frosting! It was so soft, flavorful and delicious. If they have that as an option when you go, I'd recommend getting that one for sure! read more

We were headed to the South Salem Costco and my husband had a sugar craving when he saw the Crumbl Cookie store. We settled on the larger cookie size in a 4 pack . North Carolina Lemon Pie, Cinnamon Crunch , Shortbread Caramel Twix, and a Blueberry Crumble one not seen on the national menu. All were very different but equally good without exception . Size wise they are large enough to share , the lemon one does need to stay cool, as does the caramel Twix one, but they held up in the hot car while we went into Costco for a half hour . The cream icing on the lemon pie is substantial in texture , the lemon flavor filling just right . All were soft and slight crumble texture in consistency . This place is a winner , perfect if you need to grab something to bring with you to a house or dinner party , to work, or to just treat yourself . There are stations to order and pay , there is no cash register . Quite easy to navigate . The cookies are served in a delightful pink box also . What not to like??? read more

Had the worst experience with a food business yesterday at this Crumbl. Placed an order on the app. The app charges me and then the screen says "pickup not available." I get a notification from my credit card that I've been charged but there's no order in the app. I get to the store. They can't find my order. The shift leader (tells me he's NOT the manager, ma'am), tells me this is the 2nd time this had happened that day. Well, here's my proof of purchase, I say and show him the charge on my card. But he won't honor it. Tells me to leave. I quote "I'm not telling you to get out but can you go outside and contact Crumbl.com?" OMG! I just want what I've paid for. His name was Domas or Dumas, something like that. I go on Crumbl.com, get into the chat, and it shuts down. Again and again. On top of that, I bought a 4 pack of their special Dubai brownies with a $2.99 upcharge on each one. So Crumbl basically stole over $30 from me and then told me to get out. I will never purchase another overpriced cookie from these jerks again! Thieves! Rude thieves! read more

The cookies are good but the price keeps going up so we probably will not get them as often. We really like the peanut butter flavors. Not crazy about cream cheese based buttercream, but they put that on so many cookies. I scrape it off as it is just too much sugar and overpowers the taste of the cookie. read more

I had gotten to try the new tres leche cake cookie and loved it, decided to try and get it again on Saturday, left to the town over with the closest crumbl and we ordered but once the order was put in the lady said they were sold out, pretty disappointed but decided to try and go to the second closest one which is about 45 mins from my house that had them and I preordered online to make sure I got them and when we got there they told me they had already sold out even tho I preordered and I just got refunded, extremely disappointed with the way this system is because it was a waste of a drive I wish it was less flawed so people dont get to be able to purchase them when they will just be sold out anyways when you arrive read more
