Just finished the Sandy Beach Banana pudding. WOW! It was delicious. The ground vanilla wafers added a delicate crunch to the vanilla pudding/whipped cream mix. A large quarter-size banana was hidden in the bottom middle of the sweet concoction. I ate the whole thing in one sitting. read more

You order on a screen on the wall, then pick up your order at the counter. It's not very personable at all. The peanut butter was my favorite. And the pineapple is a close second. Every crumbl location I've been in has the nicest staff, the cleanest stores, and great service... But just as I've gone to every store and got this same experience - the same goes for the cookies themselves. They are horrible! Today, I had the pleasure of tasting the pink velvet cookie and this was by far thee only cookie I've had from this place that was worth finishing. At this point - I'm just sending them donations because the cookies are really nasty. They are rarely warmed, typically flavorless, and above all most of them has this awkward playdoh taste... why is this okay? Who in corporate head quarters doesn't know that these cookies are gross? I will love everything about the brand but the brand of cookies themselves! Please fix this! I'm giving a 3 star for service, appearance, and presentation. The product itself? I did an order of 4 cookies online and tried to add my free birthday cookie, but something went wrong in the system. I arrived to pick up my order, thinking all was good. It wasn't, so I explained to an employee named Mickey, and she was so helpful/sweet in helping me figure out the issue. My favorite crumbl cookie has always been the chocolate chip, but recently, I tried the strawberry cheesecake cookie, buttermilk pancake cookie, and I'm excited to test a new weekly flavor from time to time. Crumbl is just the cutest little cookies shop! The store is pretty efficient when you go inside you can pick up at the counter for delivery and online orders. If you need to place your order do right up to the touchscreen menu register. You get to see how the cookies are made while you wait. They have a weekly menu to choose from and o decided to do the 4 pack to try a variety of options. I chose the raspberry ( my least favorite the taste of the actually cookie was bland for me) my favorite was the lemon poppyseed it was full of flavor with sweet and tart taste. The caramel corn and classic chocolate chip were pretty decent. The size of the cookies are also good for sharing. read more

Always on the fence. I think I get lured in by how the advertising looks. The pictures are enticing with the weekly cookie offerings. But when I actually purchase the overprice cookie/s I am always in fear of wondering if what I am eating is cooked all the way. The smell of fresh baked cookies is inviting, however the staff that worked there were not friendly not inviting. They didn't seem to acknowledge the existence of any customer entering nor leaving. Lack of professionalism and customer service is nonexistent. They seem to be bothered with our mere presence there as paying customers. Doom and gloom atmosphere. I was really confused when I first went into the store to buy cookies. It reminds me of an apple store. Very clinical and minimal. The iPad is off to the side and you have to place the order yourself. Would have been nice to know or been greeted in some way as a first time user. I bought a four pack variety pack for "savings" and honestly didn't know what I would like. when I ate it I was disappointed. My first cookie was the sugar cookie. It's so pretty and I wanted to like it but it tasted like robitussin. I can't figure out what the flavor it. It surely wasn't pink tasting. I think the cookies can use a pinch more salt. Overall the packaging is very nice. Almost too nice and some of the cookies were warm so that's awesome. I probably wouldn't recommend to my friends and I will not come here again. So. My classmate lives near this Crumbl, lucky us! They brought us a few cookies. A hot chocolate cookie and the famous milk chocolate chip. Of course when I got them, it was about a halfday later and not fresh & warm. I ate a piece of each just to give it a try, and they were okay. I decided to wait to go home to warm them up in the oven (@300 degrees). Now let me tell you.. WOW. This made the cookies amazing. I can only imagine how they would taste if fresh.
