Visited to grab cookies of the week. First time visiting this location. Normally they show you the cookies when they bring them to the counter to give to you but they didn't do that here. We got the mini cookies , they all were different sizes which I thought from photos they would all be the same size , some were much smaller than other flavors. I think it's better to stick with the regular size for the price in the future read more

Believe the hype ! These cookies are delicious! As soon as you walk in you're given the option to use the kiosk or to wait in line for the cashier . I used the kiosk it was much quicker . I got the 4 cookies for $15 option and ordered the chocolate crumb , honey bun, raspberry donut and the milk chocolate chip. Just so you know, the cookies are huge and they were all so good but my fave was the chocolate crumb and milk chocolate chip . The place is simple yet cute , no seating just option to go and everyone was friendly . They also have ice cream which I didn't try , but will add next time . I went to Crumbl with my two daughters, my friends, and their two daughters. We ordered four cookies in one box for the kids. I have spent hundreds of dollars at Crumbl over the years, and while I already find the cookies overly sweet, this visit left me genuinely disappointed. We even requested two boxes when we placed the order since it was two families and we were going separate ways. The staff refused. Later, we asked again for an extra box and they still said no. They then told us we would need to pay 79 cents for a box, so we paid it, and unbelievably they still refused to give us one. We even asked for two small boxes instead, and again they said no. All the cookies cost the same, so what is the big deal about giving an extra box? The employee could clearly see that we had kids with us. It was hot, the kids were restless, and instead of showing a little kindness or flexibility, we were treated dismissively. It is not about the 79 cents. It is about the principle, the attitude, and the lack of basic customer service. After spending so much money here, I expected at least a little courtesy. Instead, we left feeling frustrated and unappreciated. I am so disappointed, and this experience makes me not want to return to Crumbl again. read more

Crumbl seems to be a neighborhood staple but everything tastes a day old. Honestly, it wasn't just this location either. I did like the brownie but didnt taste fresh. The fancy cookies were ok. You can order on the Kiosk or with a cashier. I ordered with a cashier, super friendly and quick. I loved that you can see everyone working together, mixing everything up, etc. There was about 3 or 4 orders before me and everything was very fast. I thought I would have to wait awhile but nope! I ordered the Cinnamon Bun cookie, Milk Chocolate Chip, Oreo and Strawberry Cheesecake. A box of 4 was about $16. The cookies are huge (and quite tasty!) so I do think $16 is not a bad price. You can easily split each cookie in half and give it to several people, or have it on several days. While the cookies are very good, I don't think they are best. They are VERY sweet! Way too sweet for me which is why I removed a star. I also removed a star because, unless someone tells me something different, you can only order ahead of time for pickup, delivery, etc. if you have the app. I don't have a phone that has access to apps... yes I know I live in the 1990s but still. You shouldn't need an app just to do something that simple. You should have the option to just do it on the website, or door dash even WITHOUT the app. But would I come back? Yes. I definitely want to try more flavors. read more

The first time I tried Crumbl Cookies at a different location I wasn't a fan. I had tried the chocolate chip and the sugar with lemon frosting that day both were mediocre. Since then I tried about a dozen more cookies that were DELICIOUS! Skip their chocolate chip cookie because you probably won't come back if you order that one. They post five other cookies that they will have each week on their instagram. The best cookies I've had by Crumbl is their chocolate cake cookie and birthday cake cookie. Both were FANTASTIC! Today I had the New York Cheesecake cookie and chocolate covered strawberry cookie, and they were delicious! Try it a couple of times and you are bound to find your favorite cookie here. I love their cookies that are topped with frosting the best. I prefer their warm cookies over the chilled ones, but sometimes the chilled ones are really good too. I confess I'm a huge fan of Crumbl now! I look forward coming every week to try their weekly cookies. I just wish they made a better chocolate chip cookie. This was my first time ever having crumble cookies and I had to try due to how much hype there was regarding this franchise. It is super easy to order through the app and once I arrived everyone was so welcoming. You can see your name pop up on the board when placing an order and when the order is finished. The first time I came here the flavors they had for the week was amazing. However the last week of December, I was not a fan of it. i think this was a bad cookie week to begin with, but my family was hype and i wanted the mini cookies. i only tried 3 1/4 different cookies. the peanut butter one was ok but it was TOO peanut buttery like just way too overwhelming and mush but sometimes not bad. snickerdoodle cupcake was good but im a sucker for the icing, too good. i am a semi sweet hater, i like the normal. the cookie was hard like not soft warm gooey and delicious. it was hard and like a bad chips ahoy knockoff. i do like the salt on it tho. i also took a bite of the gummy shark (just the shark) it was good. read more
