On top of that, it came black--with no milk--which is very unusual for a latte. When we asked about it, we were told that milk isn't automatically included, which is not typical and wasn't explained upfront. Beyond the confusion with the drinks, the staff came across as rude and unhelpful when we tried to clarify. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and unfortunately we would not return.
