The hubs and I were craving some Crumbl cookies after being out for a few hours today. We happily landed upon this Crumbl in Mansfield as it was the closest location. Hubs stayed in the car while I picked up our pickup order and was greeted immediately by the young girl running the counter who was very nice and great at multi tasking as she was packing my order and holding a conversation with me. I had asked if they had samples as my hubs wasn't sure if the lemon cake would be good or not. Which, if you're a lemon flavored dessert lover, you know lemon flavored stuff can be hit or miss. Either too little flavor or way too much. The young lady let me know that they don't do samples, which I was perfectly fine with and understood and right as I was saying so, in walked the male manager or owner who asked if I had ordered one. Told him I did not and explained about the hubs wanting to try but understood that they didn't do that. This incredibly nice man, gave me a lemon cake mini for my hubs to try (which it was quite delicious as I took a small bite) and the hubs enjoyed it thoroughly. It's great customer service like this from both the young woman and the older gentleman that keeps customers coming back, even when this customer lives in Arlington so this is NOT my closest location lol, but will definitely be THE location I choose to go too. Not a big fan of Crumbl. The cookies are too sweet and very doughy. Usually I can remember wha to got there but it was not memorable. They don't even have classic cookies there. Everything is some over the top heavily topped cookie. I don't see the appral of cookies like this which end up feeling like I ate a meal. Been here once and never returned. On top of that the cookies are quite expensive. read more

I'm extremely upset and disappointed. Normally the waffle cookie always comes in time for my birthday (August), but this year it didn't. I was hurt. After being sick for two days, I see that it was here this week, AND they had a cheesecake cookie. I didn't feel great, but convinced him to drive me there. I triple checked their closing time, and it said 11:00. My husband and I pull up at 10:12 to see all the lights out and a young man walking to his car. To say I'm aggravated is an understatement, because it was no where near closing time, and's on top of that, I won't be able to get this particular cookie for a while. I could blame myself if I got there right at closing, but 10:12???! To make things worse, we drive to the one on 360, and THEY had just closed. This week's line up was a bit of a let down. I started with the Pumpkin chocolate chip and well, I don't think the chocolate chip was necessary, since it was too chocolaty and overpowered the pumpkin flavor. I would've preferred it being a plain pumpkin cookie. The next one I tried was the Peanut butter munch, which was ok. The Chocolate mallow cupcake was too rich for my liking. I was excited and had high expectations for the Dubai chocolate brownie and well, that was a disappointment. First off, a good half of the brownie wasn't even there, so that felt like a rip off considering these cookies aren't cheap. However, it actually tasted better without much brownie, since that felt unnecessary and also overpowered the Dubai flavor. Maybe a plain cookie could've been better under the Dubai chocolate to keep the filling in? Just a thought. The Pink velvet was yummy though and the Strawberry cheesecake was creamy and not too sweet. So it was 2/6 I actually liked. read more

Always fun trying new cookies. The store was clean and bright! I loved how they had real cookies on display to make choosing a little easier. The cashier was helpful and quickly able to give us ingredient information from the product description cards. We had to try the Guts cookie that was available this week in partnership with Olivia Rodrigo's concert in Dallas. It's only available in cities when she visits. The Guts cookie is served cold, includes vanilla frosting, sprinkles and a raspberry filling center. We also had a strawberry cream, brownie batter and Cookie Monster style cookies. read more

The young man that created my yummylicious box of cookies was friendly and the service was super fast! We got one of each to share...new ones I had never tried, Fall flavors (Maple Cinnamon Square, Carmel Pumpkin, fried ice cream with what appears to be cornflakes on top. Is this a state fair homage?) This was my first time visiting this location, I like this location over the one-off of 360. That is mostly due to the ease of getting there, the traffic is less and the parking doesn't stress you out. The lucky charms, out of this bunch, was my favorite. I love "gooey in the middle" cookies, and this cookie hit the mark. It wasn't overly sweet, and it reminded me of a macadamia cookie (my favorite). The chocolate mint cookie was great, but a bit too rich and packed with icing and fudge that made it a bit too sweet for me. The sugar cookie, that's always my go-to. They can't ever get this one wrong, at least, I hope not. I love Crumbl! read more

My wife and I went there and not knowing that they give a secret code to use the gift card, I had the code but could not get it to work correctly. We asked the staff behind the counter to help us but they said they could not help us and that we needed to figure it out on our own, then they asked us to step aside because they had a line of customers behind us. We left and never went back. We told the person who gave us the $50.00 gift card (which was actually an email with the secret code in it) what happened and asked her to NEVER send us another thing from Crumbl in Mansfield. read more

Crumbl is to homemade, ooey gooey, messy cookies like gourmet, fancy donuts are to those old fashioned, melt in your mouth donuts you bought for a quarter when you were a kid. You walk in and they offer 6 or 7 cookies each week, you pay and order at a tablet on the wall. They assemble your box and hand it to you. There's no place to eat there. You can get just one cookie if you want. They're about $4 each. read more

This is my third Crumbl I've visited. If you have tried Cumbl you already I Le what to expect. This was the first time I actually used the computer to order as normally there's no line so I would walk straight up. This wasn't the case today but our order was ready before we fully checked out. We completed our payment but was adding our points and they were calling our names. It was really cool. They had snickerdoodle which was really good. Could only eat a little bit at a time. First time I went a few months ago was good. Great service and all the cookie flavors were so decadent. For this reason, I gave them an extra star. However, I went with a friend a few days ago and got a 4 piece box to split with her. We were disappointed to find a hair baked into the "old fashioned donut" cookie we got. I'm glad to report the flavors of the others still tasted good, but let's just say we went CSI on the other cookies to check for any other suprises. I wanted to give three stars (even with the hair) because of the first visit, but reading through the reviews and seeing that someone else had that problem too does not sit right with me. Anyways. These are really great cookies. I love the chocolate one that tastes like the best brownie you've ever eaten and the chocolate cookie with the crushed up Oreos mixed in. The menu of 6 cookies changes from week to week but it looks like chocolate chip and sugar have secured a permanent spot in the lineup. The packaging is brilliant. It costs a little bit extra to buy the cookies individually boxed but that works best for us. The bigger boxes with all the cookies on display would make a really nice gift, though. The cookies are big and they sell a very practical (and cheap) cookie cutter that allows the cookies to easily be cut into four pieces. You'll just be making extra trips back to the box but you'll feel a little optimistic, like maybe you won't eat the whole this time. Also good for sharing, if you're into that kind of thing. It's a great way to sample more than one cookie. If a cookie is a little too 'cookie-doughy' for your tastes, just pop it in the toaster oven for about 5 minutes. Problem solved. On a final note, the staff is very impressive. There's always a good amount of staff in the baking area, which is fully in customer view. The bakers are focused and quiet. No one has their phone out. No one looks distracted. They appear to be assigned a specific cookie task and they are really zoned in on it. And they look happy to be there. The way the employees do their jobs makes me feel like they are probably treated well and are well compensated. Lately it seems like some businesses are getting very bitter about their inability to find and retain decent employees. Like it's a potential employee's fault that your business model needs adjusting or maybe just doesn't work anymore, or maybe never worked. If a business model includes paying people the absolute minimum legally allowed, kudos to all the folks taking a pass on that and screw the businesses for trying to spin that into people just not wanting to work. When I walked in there were two girls who continued on with their conversation, no hello. I am not a regular, and am not sure if there is another way to let them know I arrived. Sidney (positive) and Abby (possibly) were the front bakers, and continued in their lovely chat without acknowledging my presence for 5 minutes. I am in service industries I understand a lot, but Sidney preceded to say in their conversation "we're dead, nothing to do here" then preceded to look at me after (still having yet to acknowledge me). Abby finally acknowledged me, asking if I had a mobile order because I did not approach the kiosk at all. After finally receiving my order, I checked in my car, Sidney left off the cream on my brookie pie. I walked back inside, thankfully I checked, and another nice employee walked up (I believe she remembered me from earlier) she gave my cream while Sidney just chuckled whoopsy. I tipped in my order, and I was not rude. I didn't get the chance to be. I don't know if I violated Crumbl cookie etiquette by walking in. This Crumbl cookie has horrible customer service. I went in there to get cookies for my coworkers as a thank you and the girl working was like we don't have that option for the 12 minis and I said then why is it an option? Then she proceeded to tell me she would refund me, but I'm like I need the cookies? She refunds me and walks off with an attitude because I ask her if she could just give me 4 big cookies instead of the ones they didn't have. She doesn't even give me my receipt because she got upset, horrible customer service. Then she comes from the back and her coworkers tell her I said she was has horrible customer service and me and my husband can see her from the car and she flips us off, my husband saw it. Simply one of the best cookie places. They surprise you with creative cookie recipes (peanut butter with heath bar!) and are open till late. These are real cookies. They're soft; as in baked with more brown sugar than granulated sugar. They're not crispy. Who likes a crispy cookie? Chips ahoy commercialized snack isle cookie lovers will not likw these cookies.
