I was really unsure if I'd ever go here because of the way they treated some of the people they had hired when they first opened. ( long story but if you live in Maricopa I'm sure you know). Well, after seeing a few friends post about the business it made me hungry for cookies. I downloaded the app and took a look at the menu. Evidently they change up the cookie menu weekly. There were 6 flavors this week so my husband and I headed over there. We each picked the peanut butter creme, then I also picked the chocolate chip and my husband picked the caramel pumpkin. You can pick a single cookie, a 4 pack, a 6 pack or a party box of 12. We both only ate one so far and saving the others for tomorrow. I ate the chocolate chip which was good but not fantastic, it did however have a homemade look and taste. When I took it out of the box I could tell it had been warm but putting it in the box with 3 pretty cold cookies really cooled it off. It probably would of been better for them to pack cold cookies together and warm cookies together in separate boxes. Next time I get chocolate chip I'll pop it in the microwave for 10 seconds. My husband chose to eat the peanut butter one first. He stated the first few bites were really good then it just got kinda blah. Will I ever go back? Maybe, if I check the menu for the week and I see a cookie that sounds so awesome I just have to have it. Otherwise, I just don't get all the hype. read more

Ah... Crumbl. We finally have you here in Maricopa. Last week's line up was pretty great, with chocolate chip, cotton candy, lemon, chocolate walnut, and banana nut. The banana nut was soft and fluffy in all the good ways a banana cookie should be! This week, they've done it again with old fashioned donut, French silk, raspberry cheesecake, peanut butter blossom, caramel popcorn, and lemon poppyseed. The caramel and the raspberry were my total favorites here. The husband chooses the French silk because it really is a tough choice... the cookies are either hot or chilled as expected, soft, the right amount of gooey bite with that pleasant firmness that tells you the batter is cooked all the way through. I mean, it's straight up cookie sorcery. They're delicious, and they do not disappoint. P.S. dessert purists- yes, they also have ICE CREAM. I know, you're putting your phone down to scramble over there before they close, and I really don't blame you. And that, my friends, is how the cookie crumbls. read more

owner was rude on phone I gave the wrong address witch did not exist but corrected it on the phone with driver few minutes later it was reported that the order was delivered not at the new address but not at mistaken address either because it didn't exist I offered to pay higher tip to driver but Never received anything and was basically I felt crumbl told me to go to hell and it was my problem I paid for cookies delivery and a tip the driver should have at least returned the cookies but never should have been reported delivered read more

Hello first time buying from this place. I have to say chocolate chip cookies(especially with nuts) are my favorite. Bristol farms in Westwood California has a huge chocolate chip cookie so gooey. It's loaded with chips & nuts. I don't remember the cost, but the cookie is more than worth the price. I buy one every time I'm in the area. I say that because the cookie at this establishment did not taste worth $5 35. It was basic. The cookie only had chips no nuts, & not enough chips. Honestly I think you are paying for the designer box they put it in. I will never go back. But I wish this company best of luck. read more

i've been here a few times, and they've been a little disappointing in comparison to the other crumbl's around Arizona. But today I have to say the cookies I received were the best that I've had in a long time. I placed an order before I got there got them pretty quickly and they were fresh and warm and tasty. The strawberry crunch cookie taste like heaven and the cannoli cookie is absolutely amazing. I'm actually headed to the Ahwatukee location to get more that's how good they were. it does seem like you only get cookies when you tip.
