The staff has no empathy for their customers. They say sorry like they don't mean it. I was going about 2 to 3 times a week and spending more then 20 dollars each time on drinks but after the second time an employee argued with me over something I have decided to spend my money elsewhere. What started this was I wanted a mango milk tea that I was told was on the menu but never was. I ordered it more than 5 times over the last few months. Not an issue that I can no longer get it but when I was in drive thru two of the blended drinks came out of the holder they handed me and went all over destroying my very expensive purse. The cashier barely said sorry and when I called the manager the next day all she gave me was one free drink of the mango milk tea. My complaint went to corporate and then they told them to inform me that they could no longer make them. I am fine with that. It was the attitude that was given to me. I am a very calm and understanding person since rules are rules but it is the attitude of the staff that is making me upset. I am not going to make them pay for the messed up purse but just giving me A few napkins and then closing the window in drive through on me is very poor customer service. They need to do better because they just lost a customer. It is sad how customers are being treated. read more

I am OBSESSED with BoSa Donuts!! I was so excited when I found out they would be coming to Maricopa. I've been twice now, and the 12 oz caramel blended drink with boba is my literal favorite drink from any establishment hands down. The boba is always so fresh here. Bosa donuts are wonderful! while they aren't cheap, I take advantage of the "free" donut coupons when I get them. This store does have a drive through but you don't get to see the beautiful display of donuts. They are always fresh and tasty. These donuts are worth the price, much better than the grocery store donuts - ugh! If you haven't tried a Bosa donut, you are missing out! read more

Just opened today and I arrived at 4:30pm only took about 10 mins to get through line. They definitely prepped for this opening lots of donuts available. Love having them local now. Started off at Dunkin, it's close to my house. 11AM and they only had a few options. Decided to try BOSA. I've had it before at other locations but this was my first time at the Maricopa location. This is the second time I've gone to BoSa Donuts. The first time was about a week after they opened here. The donuts tasted funky and horrible. Well, it's Sept 27, 2025 and they are dense, powdery, and gross tasting. I ordered a sandwich, black tea and a bagel with cream cheese today, my sandwich didn't have half the ingredients I ordered, the bagel had roughly a tablespoon of cream cheese on it and the drink was made with the wrong boba. If you want to be have terrible customer service, poor attention to you your order, belittled and laughed out loud at, or accused of not paying for an order while waiting at the side by an angry counter person this is the place for you. They push their tip screen in your face and expect one when they provide terrible customer service and don't know how to listen or even act like they care. We tried to order a drink and the person who was taking orders started laughing out loud and wouldn't speak to us, still laughing when pulled up to the window. Drink order was wrong, they stuffed a whole load of ice into the Drink, when we had asked at least four times light ice. We went inside a couple of weeks ago to order and were accused of not paying by an angry worker and her Co worker, Good thing we asked for the receipt when we ordered or else they would have kept it. Others we know have been treated like nothings here too. Bosa needs to have better training. read more
