I ordered a skillet cookie from Crumbl through the app for this location, but instead received a completely different item that I couldn't eat. If an item is out of stock, I'd be perfectly happy with a canceled order and a refund. This isn't the first time this location has let my order crumble into something unexpected. This Crumbl location never has nothing. I go here a lot for employees birthdays and everytime I come, they don't have labels for gifts boxes, they don't have cookies ready. This week they are advertising chocolate covered strawberry, I'm first customer and they don't have strawberries. I already prepaid and now I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back for the order I preordered. I have had nothing but positive experiences overall; however, the last couple of times I feel the employees have a shown a bit of laziness. I pre orders Olivia Rodrigo cookies in the app. The cookies were not ready when I arrived. Sales person told me it was sold out. I stated I had preordered and then she went to the back to get some. She dropped the box on the ground and expected to pack my cookies on the dirty box, she touched the floor and face with the gloves, she did not change gloves and proceeded to touch all my cookies with dirty gloves. She stood talking with her coworkers and laughing holding cookies on hand, did not make my cookies until her conversation was over. She broke one cookie and still placed it in my box. I love Crumbl, and am so glad there's one close to me now (though my wallet might disagree). With a revolving lineup of cookie flavors, it's always a treat to visit and see what's in deck. The chocolate chip is always a good standby, but I'm a sucker for anything peanut butter so I went for the Reese's pieces. It was a tad sweet but still very good. I'm not even much of a sugar cookie person, but any of the sugar cookie varieties were also fantastic. From out of town (L.A. to be exact) vacationing with my family for Spring Break. Did some shopping around the shopping center and found this cookie place here. I've never been to one and didn't get a chance to try it when I was in UT. So I walked inside to see what the fuss is all about. My friends swear by it. I walked in and I was greeted by the workers there. It wasn't busy at all, so I took my time to look at the menu. I took a look at the menu and I guess I didn't need all that time to look at it, as there was hardly anything on there. Very limited I might add. The larger cookies are for to-go orders. The smaller cookies are for catering only. I was kinda bummed cause the small cookies were out of the question. I should've just said yeah I need 50 small cookies to cater me! Haha It would've been nice if they had offered the smaller cookies like sell a small bag of mixed small cookies for $10 or something I don't know. Expand your cookie menu homie! So I figured I'd get all the flavors to try them all. Almost $20 w/tax for 6 cookies, they better be good! I took a bite of the cookies and cream and it was pretty good. Like yeah ok good. I think the iced oatmeal is my fave. A bit too sweet but still satisfying. Now the texture of the cookie is still good after a day. I don't know how it would taste after day 2 and so on (don't want to find out) so we devoured them already. It doesn't crumble or anything but I feel that I just wouldn't spend $3+ a piece for a cookie. If someone were to get it for me, great! I'll never turn down a sweet treat. But for me to buy one for myself?! It won't be happening. I'd save my $3+ to get me a large fries and large Sprite from McDs (yeah it'll probably be around 4+ but you get what I'm saying) cause that is more satisfying to me. I mean who doesn't love McDs French fries?! Okay back to the subject....The Milk Jar Cookies in Los Angeles is where I would spend my money on. But all in all, if you've never tried Crumbl Cookies? Stand outside the shop with an empty can and start playing the violin, use that donation to get you your cookie cause I wouldn't spend my money on it lol. Just saying. read more

Thier gourmet huge sized cookies are so good any cookie lover would drool for! I ordered their churro cookie and circus animal cookie. These will only be in for a week before they move on to a new flavor like they do weekly. Both were thick with a crispy outside and were soft and warm inside.
