This Crumbl does not care about its customers or the quality of the desserts they serve. Came in for the Fried Cookies & Cream cookie, got it, and it wasn't right at all, asked for a refund and the employee had the audacity to ask "what's wrong with it?" like are you serious? Do you not see the same menus we do!? Then he asked if it was the crumbly parts and I said "yes for starters", he said "unfortunately our manager told us to stop putting that on there." And then stared at me like that was acceptable. I assured him it wasn't and he asked if I wanted a different cookie instead, which is wild 'cause if I wanted a different cookie, I would've ordered a different cookie! This was not the only time, there was a time previously where I ordered at the counter and the girl let me order the cookie, then after I paid for it said, oh we actually don't have that cookie available is there another cookie I can get you? Which is exactly what dude said today to try to skirt the refund. So obviously management is teaching them this. And it tracks, one time I came in and the manager was there, she was taking pictures of the store, I ordered a cookie and instead of just serving me the cookie so I would leave and give her an empty store she asked me to wait outside so she could take pictures! Really?! Your lil pictures are more important than just serving me a cookie that I paid for, from which your salary is derived! Save yourself the headache, Scooptacular is in the same parking lot and Subway is right next door, they don't always have exciting cookie flavors but at least they're consistent in quality and customer service. read more

I have never tried Crumbl until I moved to this area and now I get it weekly! This location does a great job of making the cookies and they are always made with great quality. I even got the confetti cake here and the worker made fresh frosting on the spot for us. The staff is always very friendly and patient with customers. I think the only thing I would say is that whenever I do a ready for pickup order, it's never ready when I go in. I always tell them that I have an order and they put it together then, so it's almost not even worth doing the order ahead. Not sure if this is a problem with the technology not notifying them or not being obvious, or maybe I'm not clicking a button or something. But that's the only little improvement they could make. The cookie was so good, not overly sweet which is a plus! The customer service was horrible. I parked in front of the store and turned my hazard lights on as per my email instructions for pick up. I also checked in and I waited for 15 minutes, until I called the store and whoever answered the phone was extremely rude. I said I have been waiting outside for 15 minutes. And no one brings my order out. And she proceeded to say that my order had been placed two minutes ago and that they had not seen me outside, but I had been waiting outside for over 15 minutes, I didn't bother to argue with her. I just said to please bring out my order and they made me wait another 10 minutes and the store was completely empty. Crumbl has the most amazing cookies! They have rotating flavors every week! Staple cookies such as sugar and chocolate chip are always available. These cookies are massive! My favorites tend to be chocolate dense cookies. They take other desserts and remake them into cookies! Sometimes inspiration comes from a pie, a candy bar or even Cosmic Brownies! I would totally rate 5 stars because the girl working there was super friendly and nice. However I did feel bad because we stopped in around 9pm and the poor girl was working by herself. This is concerning not only because she had a bunch of people walk in at once (she was doing her best to take orders, make new cookie batches and prepare orders) but because you guys have a single person much less a smaller young girl running the store by herself especially late at night. It would definitely help to at least have one more person working so it's not just one to help with the flow, and even more as a safety thing. Being that the store closes later in the night, and laveen once in awhile gets the random groups of homeless or crazies going around, please try to higher more staff or staff at least 2 people when closing. read more

We've been in 3 times since the opening and have experienced amazing service and cookies have been perfect. We missed free cookie day but that's ok we know everything is always amazing.
