First time ever stepping foot in a crumbl! I was amazed by the size of the cookies! They were incredibly delicious, but also on the spendy side for a cookie so I probably will save my visits for special occasions. The staff at this location were friendly and made the box all cute for my grandpa's birthday. It's very disappointing that I'm gonna have to drive to Meridian to get decent cookies from this company. I am not a big cookie fan and ordered cookies online for an event. I placed the order for pick up at 5:40 PM. I added a tip, not even knowing what the service would be like. I arrived at 6:10 PM and found no employee at the counter. It was all self serve ordering and payments. I asked one employee for a pick up at 5:4o. The employee said "I will get to that as soon as I can". I waited at the counter while other customers came in, ordered and got their cookies. After a few walked out, I went to the counter againa nd asked for my order. I was told I needed to mark that I had arrived for pick up. I asked how I do that the employee said, "ON the app". I told he I did not have the app. She was a bit confused and perturbed that I did not have the app. She asked my name and said she would check me in. 20 minutes later (and numerous customers in and out) when my cookies came to the counter. I asked why I should have ordered online for pick up if they do not make the cookies orders for the time to pick up the order. The employee stated they were busy and cannot prepare orders for pick up until you are in house. I wish I could take my tip back! $50.00 for 24 mini cookies..... I love Crumbl cookies. Made an online order. It indicated that my order would be ready 12:50, I arrived 1:10. There were two others inside when I arrived. No employees looked up (4 at the tables, 1 getting cookies boxed) the other two people finished there screen for orders and sat down. I stood and waited, and watched the "boxer" fill a couple boxes and slide the screen in front of her still never looking up/behind her where us customers were. After a few minutes I said, excuse me I had an order to pickup. Said my name and she swiped her screen. Went back to boxing, I waited a bit longer and said excuse me. Then she grabbed 2 boxes and called the names of the others waiting. I said again I have an order for Kimberly. She grabbed a box, looked in the warmer and walked to the back. Came back and said "the chocolate chip are too hot so pick something else." I said can I just buy two larger chocolate chips then. "No, that can't work" I said then I'll wait for the smaller chocolates to chill. Rolling her eyes, big sigh she turned around straight to the counter where another young woman was. They whispered but and both into the back again. After a few minutes a third young woman came out, had the box of all 12 and said ok, the chocolate ones will be really hot" It's just not Crumbl style, store messy in disarray, staff unwelcoming and unfriendly. So wasted money and I won't order again. I think they need to adjust their cook times. I ordered over $50 worth of cookies, I should have just lit it on fire... I'm very disappointed at how automated Crumbl has become. I hadn't been in a while, but I had a free cookie reward to use so I went in to use it. Four employees in the back just went about their business while I stared blankly at the touch screens. I'm no stranger to a computer, but I assumed since I had a free cookie I would need a real live person to help me out. Eventually someone came over and helped, but it felt like I was bothering them. I placed an order online for 6 cookies and knowing the Dubai Brownie was popular I figured placing the order a day in advance would help. I arrived at the store at 12pm just to find out 4 of the cookies were available but the Dubai cookies weren't. I asked them if I should come back and they said yes come back at 2pm and I will leave a note you will be picking them up. I called before I went and the worker was not very friendly and basically told me we don't do that and the brownies wouldn't be available and that she would put in a refund to her manager when she had the time. I sent an email just to make sure the manager would get the request and now a week later no refund for the Dubai brownies and no responses to my emails. Very bad customer service. read more

I usually love Crumbl but this location is just not great. First off, it's never very clean in there. The counters and floors are always dirty. The cookies themselves are fine, but never frosted to the edges or garnished very well which affects the taste. The only saving grace is that the employees are usually nice. I'm bummed about this because I usually love Crumbl! I have often times wanted to stop and get a cookie, but haven't because my past three visits there were mediocre at best. read more

The cookies are good when they are actually available to order. The past 2-3 months they have been sold out most nights. They say they are "baking" but really aren't making anymore. To be sold out at 9pm and be open until 12am just doesn't make any sense from a business prospective. You may take a loss but on cookies that didn't get sold that night but to lose out on who knows how many sales that night is a poor business decision on the managers part. Corporate really needs to take a look at the Nampa location. read more

I really used to love Crumbl cookies but the last I'd say four times I went to Crumbl. It was terrible. The cookies are raw in the middle like I'm OK with some raw cookie dough but when I want cookies I don't want them on the middle get better crumble read more

Sadly haven't been having the best experiences in my past 3 visits , I feel the best way to describe crumbl is unreliable for a tasty snack, Staff is great and I don't blame them but, it's hard when you drive from far and the application lets you order a certain cookie you want just to find out it sold out, it would be okay if this hadnt happened to us more than once. Kinda makes the business look sloppy in my perspective .Definitely something management should look into, reserving product to account for online orders and make it not available if not. read more

Ordered 4 cookies yesterday for a 11am pickup today. Counted 17 separate parties waiting upon my arrival. Person next to me had been there since 10am, 2 hours for a Crumbl cookie? Nutz. I recieved the order at 11:57, almost an hour late. Lots of improvement opportunities with this organization, especially with basic organizational skills and scheduling abilities. 1st time here, probably be going back to the local baker from now on. Good cookies - the rotating menu can be frustrating sometimes but they do usually always have one or two good flavors for everyone!

Lots of hype around these cookies. A few are just ok, however some are fantastic and unique. Try the fruity pebble cookie!

I usually don't post reviews but I really feel this needs to be heard. I have been to this location many many times over the past few years, the quality of the cookies and the customer service has really gone down hill so much, from missing toppings to over or under baked cookies to employees that act like they couldn't be bothered to even say hello or act like you are inconveniencing them by asking them to correct the issue, I have even overheard employees asking managers about correcting other customer orders and getting a reply from the manger saying "I'm not dealing with this right now" today was the last straw, every visit is worse than the last, it's just become a waste of money and not worth it, this location needs working on, either re training or new employees, they need people that care about the quality of the cookies. read more

Amazingly fresh and delicious cookies! Quick service and the cookies are warm EVERY time! They have distancing and masking in place and the line moves quickly. The folks that work there are super kind and efficient. The cookies are devine, we got the part box for Super Bowl and a couple for the ride home.
