Went to Crumbl @ Red Mill Commons recently. My second trip to this location. I immediately noticed no one appeared to be there. I said hello and a young man came from around the corner. He was only one working that night. I felt bad for him, he was hustling. Anyways our ordering process was very easy, pictures are on the screen so it's easy to choose what you want. Once we placed the order he immediately started packing our cookies. Took me a couple days to nibble on all of them for a taste test. Wasn't my cup of tea but I love the originality of their cookies. read more

I stopped by the new Crumbl in Redmill to see what goodies they had this week. They had a chocolate marshmallow cookie, maple glaze, chocolate chip oatmeal, oreo, chocolate chip, and etc.... I stayed in my safe zone and went with the oreo cookie with cream cheese frosting.. Because who doesn't love oreos!!! We were greeted when we entered and the store was very clean. They have a kiosk where you order and pay for your cookies. They also have a rewards program, so make sure you sign up if your a cookie junkie like me!! Lol. I don't think cash is accepted so have your card ready.. The staff was nice and my order was ready in a few minutes. The oreo cookie was very good. It had some tasty cream cheese frosting on it!! It was very crumbly though. I couldn't pick it up to eat it. But i still enjoyed it with a spoon. Warming it up in the microwave made it even better. I wish that you could order your favorite flavors even if they're not on that weeks rotation. Like a pre order or something. But I'm getting used to trying new flavors. This is a Cookie Monsters dream come true. They have had a store on First Colonial that my family have all been to. So when we were going to Walmart at Nimmo and saw the words Crumbl Cookie we all yelled out CRUMBL COOKIE. Drove up to see COMING SOON. We have been planning for a couple of weeks to come. Yah! I'm happy to say June 9th was the grand opening . My very first time. The store is sleek inside and so clean and pretty. Everything looks so good. Super friendly. Fancy establishment, but the cookies were good and not great. The staff was very quiet and kept to themselves, kind of awkward. The cookies smell delicious and look great, but most of them were bland. The OG chocolate chip cookie and double chocolate chip cookie were the best out of the flavors available. What is there to say about Crumbl cookies except - "Yum!"?! I've been a fan since I tried a few months ago at Hilltop and was both sad and excited to see it was coming to Red Mill. Excited bc it's delicious and would be like 5 minutes from my house, and sad bc it would be 5 minutes from my house so I'd probably eat it more. lol. If you love fresh, warm, delicious cookies with rotating flavors weekly, then this is a dream come true for you. They deliver locally - we just had some delivered yesterday from my step-son's girlfriend while he studies for finals with a "Thinking of You" sticker on the box of four. So cute. Staff are friendly and, as long as there isn't a huge line, you can be in and out pretty quickly. You can order online and pick-up inside the store from their website and app. So it's super easy to use. read more

Come on y'all! Who ever don't love cookies is a little crazy. Because Crumbles Oreo cookie with that delicious cream cheese frosting, oh and the carrot cake cookies yes please. Also the one with the teddy grahams on top those so far are my favs. You guy's go treat yourselves with these cookies and bring me one or two back to please . If you love cream cheese based frosting as I do, then you will absolutely be into these not so little but I can appreciate the size cookies. read more

I went into Crumble with a 5 dollar gift card from work, however 1 cookie comes to $5.01, yet you cant use your bank card on any purchase under 50 cents... its a good thing i had crumble points to pay for that penny as they no longer accept cash. it took me a ridiculous 20 minutes to get a single penny paid to them just to get a cookie my work offered me. Disappointed in customer service. We placed a pickup order from DoorDash, which the store confirmed. When my husband got there to get the order, the store was locked and people were inside. We were able to cancel the order and will hopefully not be charged, but they shouldn't have confirmed the order if they couldn't fulfill it. After reading reviews on quality, we won't be going out of our way to try another order. read more

We really wanted to like this new addition to Red Mill. While picking up some carryout for dinner I ran into Crumbl for some dessert: a chocolate chip cookie. The store looks great, and the ordering process is very techno-licious. The cookie, however, did not meet expectations. Before the cute pink box was closed, I was a little concerned by the middle of the cookie, which appeared grayish and under-baked. When I cut it in half it looked (and tasted) like uncooked cookie dough, super dense, not worthy for a $5 cookie. For $5 I expect to see and taste some love in my cookie. No love. Very disappointing. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. first time having crumble and i was skeptical bc of mixed reviews but i enjoyed it! i have a 3 pack mini and it had the key lime pie, brownie batter, and fruity pepples. all were amazing but the keylime pie was subpar. the service is nothing to praise or complain about. we were not spoke to or anklowlaged but nobody was rude to us. the store was cute, very small with a few places to sit but we ate outside. overall i enjoyed my experience read more

Always great service and clean and friendly. Whenever you walk in they great me and the cookies are always shown to me and I've had no complaints so far. Sometimes when I do order for delivery I've had issues but that could just be due to delivery. read more

Overall, I'm still a fan of the heritage bake shoppe and will continue to recommend it and return whenever I'm in the area.
