Crumble for my birthday for the win. Had to stop by and get my free dessert for my birthday ended up getting the churro cake, hands-down super yummy, nice and moist and great cinnamon flavor. One of the few things I didn't have cream cheese icing. I am not a fan of cream cheese icing so I was glad that this did not have it. This Crumbl location is very clean and well organized. I arrived 5 minutes before they officially opened but was met with smiles and warm greetings instead of the anticipated "wait a few minutes then come back" that I had expected. They have four kiosks where customers place their orders. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie for an interns last day and wanted it to be a little extra special so I asked in I could pair icing with it. Aaliyah assisted me with my cookie order and kindly put frosting beside the cookie in the box as I had asked. Customer service was on point as I was greeted with warm smiles as soon as I walked in. The self serve kiosks were easy to use and self explanatory. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes so service was fast. It is an open layout so you can see them decorating each cookie which was cool. Cookies themselves were pretty good. Brand new location! Today seemed like a good day for some cookies so on my way home, I stopped in for a treat. I ordered the mint chip, maple bacon, pink donut and brownie batter. Cookies are HUGE so definitely can be shared. When you get in on the side you can use the kiosk to order and pay or they can take take your order if you need any assistance. If you are giving the cookies to someone, it gives you the option to leave a message that is put on the box once your order is complete. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I was greeted on my way in and gave a friendly goodbye upon leaving. The cookies were delicious! The mint chip ice cream really tastes like it and the brownie batter is so gooey and sweet. Yeah, this place definitely lives up to its hype. Even though it's a chain, this place is a huge YES from me. Went here on a whim and a sweet tooth craving. They have so many flavors to choose from and apparently it changes. These cookies are so moist and are absolutely delicious. They literally taste like what they're named after. Nothing is lacking at all. I will say though, the cookies are extremely sweet so it could be overwhelming. I couldn't finish my cookie on the spot because of how rich it was. However the last time we got it the cookies were made terrible and was asked for cookies to be remade and he employee got an attitude in my face while my children were present ! this will be the last time I spend a dime here. The menu changes weekly, which is cool and exciting, though I will say it is a bit on the pricey side at almost 5$ a cookie. For the price I expected some amazingly delicious cookies. They were okay. We ordered on the kiosk and they have a screen at the top right when you first walk in to see what order you're in which was cool. Overall, these cookies are a nice treat every once in awhile. They are little pricey, but totally worth it. They do change the flavors every week too which is pretty cool. 4 cookies were about $15 before tax ! They're the size of your hand. The chocolate chip cookie was decent and tasted like it was made at home. That sounds nice but for almost $5 a pop, better than homemade should be understated. The cookies are without a doubt delicious they are a very nice size and make sure you ask what the flavor of the month is cuz it changes every month I believe. I ordered four and they are pricey I would not be taking these to a child's birthday party I would look for many cupcakes from Krogers for that kind of party. This is for a truly special occasion when you're trying to impress somebody. They were delicious I would go again if not at least one time to try them for yourself.
