Crumbl Cookies never disappoints! The store smelled amazing the second I walked in, and the staff was super friendly and patient while I decided which flavors to try. The cookies were warm, soft in the middle, and perfectly baked on the edges. My favorite this week was the Chocolate Chip -- classic, gooey, and loaded with chocolate chunks. The Pink Sugar was also a hit -- sweet, buttery, and just the right amount of frosting. I love how they switch up the flavors every week, it keeps things fun and exciting! I had one of the best experiences at Crumbl Cookies in town. Firstly, the location makes it a very convenient stop for me, especially as a midnight craving. To add, this store was one of the cleanest I had ever been to; not only that, the atmosphere felt very welcoming and also smelled very good there. Although seeming very busy, my order was prepared extremely quickly and only took a couple of minutes from ordering to receiving my cookies. Customer service was excellent, with the staff being friendly and efficient to me and my girlfriend. But most importantly, the cookies were incredibly delicious, the Cookies & Cream Milkshake becoming my new favorite. Delicious Cookies! If you have problems with a delivery, the store is of no help. I was told I had to contact 3rd party delivery service that Crumble uses to try to get my reimbursement for cookies that weren't delivered but said that they were. I had to pay for the order again with Crumble if I wanted to try again to have the cookies delivered.
