My cookie looked great, but I ordered the gift wrapping and unfortunately the bow fell off and wasn't replaced. You could still see where the little sticky tab once held the bow. The store was not busy at all, so I think the missing gift bow was just a lazy oversight. I saw some mixed reviews on the Toffee Skillet flavor, but I really enjoyed it! It is very tasty and the vanilla mousse is so creamy. I was sharing with another, but definitely would've had trouble finishing one by itself. Although it wasn't overly sweet, the whole thing was just very rich. It said it was supposed to be warm, but mine came room temperature, so I just warmed it in the microwave for 10 seconds at home and it came out great. Super quick stop today with my friend and her family of six. We ordered one of each and did a taste test. No one could decide on an overall favorite because we loved them all. This week's batch was ! So good! Each person liked a different one according to their preferences (ages 2-40, so the palates were quite diverse), but everyone liked something. I thought the Key Lime was well worth the extra two dollars. That was my personal favorite. It was smooth and a great tart/sweet combo. Head to Crumbl this week it will not disappoint. Not a regular of this place cause the price feels kind of high for a cookie as good as they are. That being said I did order some recently since they had the s'mores cookie available which is my wife's favorite cookie and a chocolate cupcake for myself. I ordered online and used their curbside pickup which is a super convenient way to order cookies. Upon returning home and opening the box I realized that they had forgotten to frost one of the cookies leaving me with a regular sugar cookie. So upsetting. We went because we wanted the Pineapple upside down cookie which we taste tested a few weeks ago. We spend $24 on 7 cookies. I double checked through the app that the cookies were in stock. I went in and ordered. We waited 30 minutes for them to tell us that they ran out.... Other people got their orders before us. The flavors of the week were so so: peanut butter and jelly (my kids thought it was disgusting ‍), funfetti (kinda boring!), rocky road (so so) and sea salt Nutella, which was my favorite of the four flavors of the week. I had a bite of the warm chocolate chip once I got to my car and it was good! The chilled sugar cookie was good too with a hint of almond extract! I'll tell ya what would earn five stars from me: dark chocolate chip cookie. Milk chocolate just doesn't excite me at all! If Crumbl brought out DARK CHOCOLATE, I could possibly get hooked. Overall, I thought the cookies are good, but a couple days later...they're kind of forgettable, especially for the price. (I would never order funfetti again or peanut butter) Perhaps I need to try them on a different week with new flavor options. The cookies are awesome! The customer process is still a work in progress. I visited this location in Orem and their new one in Draper. I can't rave enough about how delicious the cookies are. Always warm, perfectly textured on the outside and soft on the inside, and very tasty. The customer ordering experience though, not so great. The employees don't seem all that happy to be there despite working in a place that offers delicious cookies! And the ordering process seems inefficient. At the Draper location I waited quite a bit longer than I was expecting to get my cookies and observed other groups waiting 15-20 minutes for their orders. I'm not sure what takes so long when the cookies are baked and ready to go? As for delivery though, we had a great experience. The online ordering was super easy and straight-forward, and the cookies came quick and faster than expected.
