I ordered cookies for delivery/shipping on a MONDAY and was given a date of FRIDAY for delivery (which is ridiculous considering it was ordered for a delivery in LA - and the order came out of OREM, Utah, instead of their GLENROSA store). Needless to say, nothing was delivered on FRIDAY, SATURDAY or MONDAY. I have tried numerous avenues to send a text to their "customer service" (what a joke) and left a myriad of voice mails...yet no one seems to respond. WHY ON EARTH anyone would want to order a perishable item that takes over a week to deliver (or in this NEVER DELIVERED) is beyond me. Considered yourself warned. The 1 star is for the ordering cookies online and shipping. We absolutely LOVE Crumbl cookies but our experience with having it shipped has been horrendous. Cookies were ordered on September 1st and today is September 9. We have not received the cookies or any tracking information and it's IMPOSSIBLE to reach someone. I've called and texted from a few phone numbers because I think they flagged my number. As soon as I give them my receipt ID they stop responding. They will respond if I call from a different phone number but once I give them my receipt ID all messaging stops. I'm very frustrated. read more

Great cookies... bad customer service!!! I placed two delivery orders for my neighbors who were taking care of my flowers while I was out of town. What a nightmare!!! They didn't receive them so I ordered again... still no delivery. When I called the store they said I'd have to talk to the delivery service. I asked them to just credit the purchase back to my card. Solid 5 stars. I was visiting UT and my brother recommended that I try this place. We bought a chocolate chip, lemon, carrot cake, and sugar cookie. Each one was so delicious. My favorite was the carrot cake. They also sell ice cream. We ordered a caramel one and it was also good. I probably would just get cookies next time though. I love the sleek pink boxes the cookies come in and the simple, clean decor of the shop. Oh they also have different flavors each day. That's my favorite thing. One of my favorite treats that I save for special occasions. The first time I went to Crumbl I couldn't understand how there could be such a long line for a chocolate chip cookie. I ordered a 4 pack to be sent to someone on a Monday. The recipient lives in Edmonds WA. and the seattle location said it was too far to deliver so I needed to have them shipped. So I set that up thinking they would be shipped out of the Seattle location. The confirmation said that they would be delivered on Wednesday in 3 days from order date. Which consumes 3 of their stated 5 day shelf life. The cookies did arrive until noon on Thursday. Leaving 1 day of shelf life for 4 cookies that I paid $29.02 for with shipping. I didn't find out that they were shipped from Orem, Utah until I tracked the package through their app. I rant and rave about these cookies and often send boxes to friends, family, and co workers. But for the premium price that was paid, this was disappointing. The two stars is because they do have epic cookies. Someone needs to fine tune their shipment program though. Personally, part of the excitement is receiving freshly baked warm gooey cookies. Not ones that are 4 days old. read more

This is the second time I've gotten these cookies and I compulsively bought 12 so I could try all their options, but I did have to drive to their location to be able to mix and match. The cookies are good tasting and they're given to you warm except for the sugar cookies. I do have to say that I did spend $30 all together which is a little bit pricey for only 12 cookies and that includes the tip. I tried Crumbl for the first time last night. It is set up a lot like Chip. But Crumbl is waaaay better than Chip. We got a box of their chocolate chip cookies and a box of their sugar cookies, they were both really good. We ate half of each box last night, then ate some more at lunch today. Meh. It's a warm chocolate chip cookie, but there is so much unachieved potential that it's disappointing. My ideal chocolate chip cookie is crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside with definite caramel flavor and good rich chocolate flavor. However while the outside was nicely crispy but the texture on the inside was crummy almost pasty. Milk chocolate chips are an okay choice because the rest of the cookie lacks flavor. This was my first time ordering cookies from a bakery and having them deliver them to you fresh. I have to say it was a great experience. When I ordered my food it said it would take 30-45 mins to arrive and instead it come a lot sooner. I was impressed. When the cookies came And I saw them the first thing that came to mind was "WOW" these are huge!!! I ordered one box which came with 4 big cookies. The cookies themselves were good and tasty. They were fresh and still warm like it just came out of the oven. On top of that they were so big that unless you were really hungry or really love cookies then you could easily save them for a few days to eat. In my eyes its not the best cookies I've had, but it was a great experience ordering cookies and having them deliver them to you. That's probably my favorite thing about this place. Got out first box last night. I found out this place was delivering to Lehi which my husband got pretty excited about. About 2 months ago we tried a cookie place that delivers too but are in Lehi so we wanted to compare the two. So here I am to compare the two! First I ordered them to come 9-10 and they came 30 minutes early. I ordered them at a certain time for my husband to be home. Luckily my husband did come home a little early. But what if I wasn't home? I think you definitely need to stay in your time frame. All in all for tip and the 2.99 delivery fee I paid 15.60 that's a lot for 4 cookies. 4 cookies that didn't show up warm which I'm guessing is because of the distance. Also they do not let you mix and match your box. So you can't do like two sugar cookies and two chocolate chip. Which I think is lame because the place here in Lehi let's you. All in all I probably won't order from them again. Cookies are good but because of everything else not that good or worth it. I'd rather just get the ones from the place here in town, mix and match my box, only pay $10, and show up hot. When you got fierce competition you gotta step up your game. read more

I was able to go to Crumbl the other day. I have been to a few different cookie companies, but I was really excited to try this one. I got a 4 pack box and I chose 2 chocolate chip and 2 sugar cookie because the location I went to didn't offer the other flavors they advertise. I was a little disappointed by that. But the sugar cookie was delicious. It has really good almond frosting and the cookie was just the right texture. I loved the chocolate chip cookie. I do wish they had milk chocolate, or that I was able to try some of the other specialty cookies, but I was impressed. I would say that Chip cookies is pretty close to the same as Crumbl. read more

Oh.my.GOODNESS! Crumbl has ruined my ability to cut my carb and sugar cravings because I get them a few times a week, but they are SO DARN GOOD! I can't stop. As time goes on, and they iron out little things, the experience just keeps getting better. The drivers are extremely friendly and patient. There was one time when I thought my sister was going to be home to receive our order but she was not, and the driver came to where I was, about 10 minutes away without complaining, but actually maintained a smile and cheerful demeanor. The cookies are huge and are delivered warm-like the drivers are driving around with ovens in their cars or something. LOL! Hassan, one of the drivers who usually delivers to us, let me know that the Orem location is getting more flavors soon (the main one in Logan has about a half a dozen types of cookies), and I can't wait. I love Chocolate Chip Cookies, they are easily my desert of choice. Because of this, the recent "Cookie Craze" hitting Utah has not bothered me one bit. Crumbl was one of the establishments that have clinged to this craze that we had yet to try, so I gave it a go. I feel like the best thing to do for this review is to compare it against its most obvious Utah competitor (Chip), and while different, there we things I liked, and things I disliked. The Pros: 1) Unlike Chips, Crumbl lets you order a single cookie. This is something that has always bothered me with Chip. (Maybe I don't want 4 whole cookies!) 2) They have multiple kinds of cookies that you can choose from on a daily basis (Including a semi sweet option). 3) Just like Chip, they serve them warm and gooey. The Cons: 1) I felt as if the cookies were not quite as big, thick, and gooey as their Chip counterparts. 2) They are practically the same price. Overall: I feel like that while slightly different, Chip and Crumbl are equally delicious.
