Fancy expensive Gender not neutral pink box

Ok, call me nuts... paying for 4.86 for a cookie Or bigger nut buying 2? Well the churro cookie was outrageous and huge cookie was 2-4 cookies in one... the sugar in cookie and churro cream sent me into a sugar frenzy as a month's worth of my sugar consumption... wow The chocolate chip cookie was a good one, but didn't measure up to that churro creation. The fancy feminine boxes look pleasant for the wife or secret girl friends... fancy bag... probably could take 59-70 cents off ticket price without the pink box if chowing down the cookie outside... need more options Carmel dipped or chocolate dipped? With a French vanilla scoop ice cream?

Do you think you need a cookie? That's what I think every time I walk by and today was the day. The cookies did not disappoint. The size is amazingly large. They show you your cookies before they close the box and then you were on your way to a magical delight.

The shop is set in a funky old New England mill space that perfectly matches what they do: warm, a little rustic, and full of charm. It feels authentic right away, like everything coming out of the kitchen is made with care and intention. The pies are the main event, and they absolutely deliver. I went in specifically for a large blueberry pie to serve at our Easter brunch, and I'm absolutely confident it won't disappoint. Of course, I couldn't stop there--I also picked up a few of the personal 5" pies to stash in the freezer, which feels like a very smart decision for future dessert emergencies The ready-to-eat baked goods are just as worth your attention, but you have to time it right--they sell out fast. I managed to grab a lemon raspberry scone for the drive home, and I think it's my favorite scone now. Perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and exactly what you want from a great scone. Between the quality, the setting, and the variety, this is the kind of place that works just as well for a holiday centerpiece as it does for a spontaneous stop. I'm glad it's not closer to home though--it would be very hard to achieve my desired weight goals it if were. Just be sure to go early if you want the best selection of ready to eat goods.

Outstanding pies in all flavors! Our go to for many years for the holidays and parties.read more

Our dessert order was packed in a bag too as if expecting us to take it to go. Out of awkwardness, we didn't eat it on the spot. I got the triple layer dessert because I was most interested in the coconut part of their offerings, and this would let me try all of their variations. It's supposed to be coconut water jelly and coconut milk jelly all prepared inside a coconut which also has its own coconut flesh. I can't tell if I can't differentiate the layers or my coconut really didn't have water jelly inside. I could only see/taste the milk jelly parts. The flavor and texture itself is amazing. It's super soft and melts in your mouth texture. Appreciate how they didn't overdo the gelatin (or whatever thickener they use). The coconut flavor is soft and gentle and creamy. They actually add coconut flakes on top. It's nice to have different texture but I can live without it. Or maybe they added it in place of coconut jelly to be another layer?? Having the whole coconut itself makes it feel worth to get the triple layer. However, the coconut meat isn't necessarily the most tender or sweet. They give a plastic spoon and that's barely strong enough to scrape out the flesh. I guess that's why it's better to take it home - to use a metal spoon. My conclusion is that I'd rather get the single or double layer next time. I think I want to try the double layer next so I can explicitly see the coconut water jelly layer to determine if I think it's worth to get or I should just double down on the single layer option of just coconut milk jelly. It also begs the question whether single and double layer is worth it when the triple layer comes with a whole coconut while the former two come in a glass jar. 4.5* but will put 4* until I try more and have a better conclusion.
