I went to their website, found the location and hours (which were extremely inconvenient with my schedule, and basically anyone who works normal day hours....). It said (and I will post a screenshot of the site) they were open until 3pm on Fridays, so I made the trip over to Sharon to find that they were CLOSED. Terrible customer service to have incorrect hours on your website, it does say "Summer hours will vary", however I visited on June 7, 2016 and summer doesn't officially start until June 20. This place lost a customer. I won't be returning. What a waste.

The cookies were fresh and packed so well you would have thought they were Ming vases! My husband was thrilled with his treats and I admit, I ordered a few extra to enjoy myself. The price is high, as is the quality. However, due to the prices, Fancy Pants cookies will probably be a 'sometimes food' (credit to Cookie Monster). Worth the occasional indulgence - and so nice to encounter such responsive and friendly customer service!

A long standing, family owned Italian Bakery has been a part of many family parties throughout my life, and I'm glad to see they're still surviving. They offer a great variety of cookies, as well as other baked goods like breads, cakes, pies and more. Many of the cookies are sold by the pound, so my father got a couple of mixed boxes for our family reunion, getting a good mix of styles and flavors. The staff was very friendly, and patient as we filled the box. They took care to put heavier items on the bottom, as to not ruin the softer items, and were happy to make suggestions and recommendations. The selection went over really well at the party, and in the end we were left with just crumbs. Looking forward to the next opportunity I get to enjoy some tasty treats from Guarino's
