It is hit or miss, on speed, cleanlyness, or politeness of this location. Sometimes they are slow, and ordering ahead makes no difference. Sometimes the floor looks like it has not been cleaned in several days. Sometimes the workers are super nice and helpful, other times it is like they are doing you a favor to be there. The cookie doneness is also inconsistent. Personally I like when they are slightly undercooked, BUT I know that is a BIG complaint from people who I know go to this location. If you want it completely cooked, pick a different location. read more

Friday December 2nd 2022: first time I ordered from this place. I ordered a party box of cookies (curbside pick up) and noticed they either didn't finish one of the cookies or replaced it. The cookie was the Gingerbread Cake cookie, it was supposed to have frosting on it and sprinkles. When I opened the box it was a plan cookie. I'm disappointed since the box wasn't cheap but I'm happy I didn't order more than one of those flavors. I was also confused with their curbside pick up location. It's not an actual parking space marked for curbside pick up. It took me a few minutes to see the side on the sidewalk near their store. The cookies itself are delicious and big enough to share! This weeks cookies are Gingerbread Cake, Lemon Crinkle, Boston Cream pie, Green Mint ft. Andes, and their regular chocolate chip and sugar cookies. I think my favorite from this weeks flavors is the Boston Cream Pie followed by the Green Mint! I think next time I order I will order inside so I can see the cookies and make sure I'm getting what flavors I should be getting. I did order through the app so I could get points but I'm not quite sure if it made my experience a decent one. Worth another try. read more

I ordered a cookie on the app tonight. I waited 30 minutes for one single cookie only for it to be marked done, have to wait longer and pull a worker aside myself, just to be told they ran out of the cookie. There were 20+ people waiting for cookies and the only employee not moving at a snails pace was the girl who gave me my card for a free cookie. The rest of the employees did not have body language or speed showing they cared at all. Truly disappointing, I understand being busy but making no effort to lessen the line is frustrating. read more

I live Crumbl Cookies. That is my guilty pleasure for me and the family by getting a 6 pack every other week or so. I bought the cookie cutter and I cut the cookies all into 8 pieces. One day I was sitting on the couch and decided that I just have too much money so instead of just throwing it in the garbage I decided to do something worse and attempt to order a $7 dollar key lime pie from Crumbl to be delivered for $12. After it arrived, I opened the box to find their basic pink sugar cookie. After leaving a review of my experience with photo evidence, nothing happened so I decided to call the store to possibly get a refund as I paid extra for the pie. Poor service. Terrible customer handoff and ordering area. Nobody runs the show! No manager or supervisor claimed to be working to answer the many agitated customer's (who were waiting indoors, outside and curbside) with questions. We went two days in a row. Yesterday and today. Yesterday, when we attempted to order, one of the only two digital pads was working inside, to start. When we finally ordered, we couldn't order the strawberry pretzel concoction as they had "just sold out", they said. Okay, we bought a six pack of premium priced cookies and, after waiting some time, left. They were delicious. Today, we decided to return to buy more with a couple of the strawberry pretzel concoctions since we couldn't get them yesterday. This time, however, we decided to order ahead online. When we ordered, the strawberry pretzel cookies were available and we could pick them up within an hour, so their app told us. Upon arrival, there was a line of clearly unhappy customers waiting around solemnly inside and outside the shop. The three or four employees that we could see were fumbling around making cookies with one, Sydney, that seemed to be doing the lion's share of work, and trying to answer questions of customers as they approached one after another wondering where their order was. She should probably be promoted and be taught how to be manager, compared to the other employees we saw anyway. After 15 minutes beyond our expected pick up time, I could hear one of the employees as he called a door dash customer from the driver's cell phone to tell them they were out of the strawberry pretzel cookies. Then, another waiting in line was told the same thing. A lady near us began to complain that her pick up time was 20 minutes before ours which meant she had been waiting there for well over a half hour at that point. As our "place in line" had moved from 5th to 4th after waiting there for 30 minutes ourselves, we decided that we were probably not going to get the strawberry pretzel cookies that we had ordered well over an hour before then and since the employees stated there was not a manager on duty or supervisor (told to an irate curbside driver that stormed in to inquire about why he had been waiting for so long and not been contacted by any employees), we cancelled the order online and went to Dairy Queen around the corner (also in Santee, a few minutes away) where within ten minutes we all (4 of us) were happily eating blizzards. This, unfortunately, was the second horrible experience I had with this same Crumbl Cookie within the last two years. The first time I went to this location was the first time I had ever went to a Crumbl and it was an even worse experience. This location has no customer friendly ambiance due to poor customer service, mainly, and I understand these are franchises so the management up to the owner of this particular location are in need of complete rehabilitation. I do not recommend this Crumbl Cookie location at all ever. Find another with better management and you will save yourself a likely terrible experience. read more

I've been to this location twice. The first time I ordered online and they messed up one of my boxes of 4 by not giving me the cookies I ordered. I didn't notice until I got home. The second time I placed my order online, and showed up when it said it would be ready. I clicked that I was here and then I waited a very long time. I went from place 6 in line to suddenly getting a thanks for picking up your order message. My order wasn't ready and I still had to wait 20 more minutes. Turns out they were out of a certain cookie, but they weren't telling anyone who was waiting. I only knew because they were telling the people who were ordering at the counter. I don't know why they let me order the cookie on the app if they were out of it. Other things were marked out of stock so it's not like they couldn't have marked that cookie out of stock. So many people came in and ordered at the counter and then got their cookie order before I did. When I finally got my order, they forgot one of my cookies and I had to ask for it. In the 31 minutes I waited I got to listen to one of the female employees unprofessionally yelling at the rest of the group of employees right in front of customers. It was uncomfortable to watch and the employees looked used to it. It was sad. Great cookies but they messed up my order twice and the whole experience was horrible. read more

These cookies are good, however I suggest that you pick them up in person. Mine were delivered by door dash as a gift, but they were sad looking and melted. I called the store to let them know, and they didn't care. Stopped by the Soft Opening 11/11/2021. Very welcoming, from the store front, to the employees. I really liked the open concept; as the customer can see the construction of the cookies. I'm a self professed cookie addict, so I was very excited to learn about Crumbl, a bakery just for cookies! I was unfortunately disappointed because I don't like this type of cookie AT ALL. The cookies were really dough-y and most relied on the frosting for flavor. The chocolate chip cookie definitely needed salt and probably a few more minutes in the oven--it tasted kind of like pancake batter with overly sweet chocolate pieces in it. The only one I'd go back for was the churro, which was basically just a sugar cookie with cinnamon paste and frosting on top. We also got the vanilla bean ice cream and it was very bland and not good at all. One look at the ingredients and you can see it's filled with corn syrup and cellulose. The store was really cute and the packaging was pretty so I'm giving a few stars for the branding. If you like super soft, super sweet cookies with thick frosting layers, you'll like this place. Ok first impression had me very impressed! I got four cookies. You can order from an iPad or order with a cashier. Service is pretty fast. Now for the important stuff... the cookies. Iced oatmeal was a 7/10. Overall a good cookie but didn't leave me super impressed. I would only get it again if it was for someone else or as an add on. It was good but the other flavors surpassed this one. Peanut butter snickers was a 8/10. Very good, sweet but not too much. I'd get this one again. Triple chocolate chip was 9/10. I'm a chocolate lover so no need to further explain. But my favorite one had to be the key lime pie. A solid 10/10. An absolute perfection! I finally dove into trying this place and it's pretty good! I like the rotating flavors each week and they get pretty creative with the different kinds of cookies. It is $4.50 a cookie, pretty pricey for me, but they are pretty big and looks like they are actually made in house. Cookies are on the softer side, so don't expect a crunch with them. read more
