Long lines. Small front store and most times they ignore you at the front. But forced to go in because curbside wait is even longer.

This is ridiculous. I understand that it is busy and you are not properly prepared for this huge rush. But to take payment then decide to let me know it will be a 1 hour wait. I return for after the 1 hour wait and I am ignored by staff, they didn't greet me so I could ask for my order. The order is still not ready and it's been over 2 hours now. You won't supply me a refund after you didn't fulfill you end of the purchase. I did by paying crumbl but you lied about wait times, staff ignored customer, no one at the front counter. read more

Just stood in line for ten minutes. Employees kept looking at me and then look away. Guy behind me after waiting a couple minutes yells "is anyone going to help us". Customer service is awful. If you order from the app they don't package until you arrive. On busy days you will end up waiting over 30 minutes after the pickup time. There is a reason people pre-order with a pickup time. Cookies are also subpar filled with butter and sugar and no flavor. read more

Employees don't acknowledge you and they are always out of cookies in the evening. No point in ordering ahead because they don't even complete the order unless you're there and then they tell you that they're out of whatever you order. read more

Hire someone specifically for the counter or at least have a floater that acknowledges the people waiting.really bad customer service

So the cookies are good! Watch yourselves, someone got in my app and ordered cookies with my card. Manager tells me it was my son or his friends, and I am like well that's not possible. Also she said this has never happened at this store ever which I don't really believe since it sounded like she had told people this over and over again, and was not very sincere at all. I would recommend if you order in the app to delete any payment methods after you order. I still don't know how anyone was able to order on my account. But I was dismissed as if I was crazy to think that anyone would ever commit fraud at Crumbl Cookies. Maybe checking ID's with pick ups would be helpful and protect the public from cookie fraud, which yes is a thing! read more

I was very disappointed when coming to this location. I read the reviews and was skeptical about coming here but, I did anyway because I didn't want that to affect my first experience. When walking in, there were already two people waiting for their order which is normal. But, there were around 4-6 employees and my friend and I got stared at instead of a greeting, not even a hi. I have worked customer service at countless places so, I didn't care as much because it can be busy and sometimes you just don't see but, they all did. We waited in the pickup zone and the guy announced the name, stared at us, said it again and asked us in a tone if it was ours. We said no, then he proceeded to ask us our name in a more rudeish tone. We had separate orders so my friend got theirs and I was waiting on mine. He proceeded to call my name, and when I walked up to grab it he just set it hard on the counter and walked off. Other Crumbls, they open the box, show you and HAND IT to you. I don't expect them to do that all the time but, I quite literally had my hand out as I was walking up and when I got to him he just set it down very rudely. He then proceeded to ask our other friends to give him the name (they didnt order so they told him) and he just proceeds to walk off again. I have never experienced such rude customer service before, including my friends who did not even get anything. My friends and I won't be coming back to this location. read more

The app is a must. I haven't been inside this store but have gotten curbside pickup several times and they are prompt and friendly. I've also gotten delivery once. The flavors vary widely but I generally go for the warm ones...they're almost always a hit though a few flavors weren't my cup of tea. The only issue I have with them is that they are misleading about the nutrition facts. I get why but it's not like I'm eating the cookie to be healthy so if anything saying "one serving" is 120 calories is just going to make me look into stuff I don't actually want to know about. I waited about 40 minutes even though I had placed my order online. The employees don't make eye contact with you. One of the workers was touching her hair with gloves on and didn't change her glove nor wash her hands. The store was full with a 40 minute wait time. The store was dirty. The highly anticipated Crumbl Cookies finally opened in Santee! Crumbl is my favorite place to get cookies. I've been going to the Point Loma location, but I'm so excited to have a location closer to my house. This location is tucked back in the corner of the Santee Plaza, close to the Starbucks. The manager Cody was super welcoming and kind at their grand opening event. Just be warned, the lines are long, so if you don't want to wait in line you can order curbside pickup on the app. I highly recommend that you come try out these delicious cookies! My aunt recently purchased cookies for us from this store, as a gift. They looked amazing, the presentation was 10/10. After eating the cookies later at home, I began to feel sick and throw up. Two other people who had a cookies also had the same nausea and vomiting. We inspected the remaining three cookies and noticed they were still raw in the center.
