The first time I tried them they were warm and soft but this time maybe because it was a different location the cookies were cold and hard. What a joke this store is absolute disaster waited almost 10 minutes for my cookie. I ordered 20 minutes ahead of time never seen a store so dirty music blaring employees drinking out of it to go up from somewhere else while trying to make cookies. Went to Crumbl with 2 friends on a Friday night and it was crowded (as expected). The staff prefaced at the beginning that orders would take around 20 minutes to complete, which was fine. However, they mixed up our order with someone else, so tons of people behind us were getting their orders. It turns out the person in front of us had a similar order so the staff probably thought they had given our order as well. It was frustrating but understandable so I approached the counter and asked about our order. My bf had the receipt on his phone, and an older woman on the staff grabbed his phone with her gloved hands (the same gloved hands she was using to handle the cookies), touching the screen to zoom in. She was also yelling at us to clarify the order, asking us to repeat our order multiple times (this was more loud than rude, probably because she was not able to hear us over the hustle & bustle). I did not like that she was making both his phone, and other people's cookies dirty! :( After some chaos, we finally got our cookies after ~35 minutes. We ordered the apple pie, milk chocolate chip, birthday cake, and s'mores brownie. The apple pie cookie was yummy. However, the taste and texture of the others were too sweet for us, so we were unable to finish the cookies even after taking lots of breaks to cleanse our palate LOL. Overall, I'd say the cookies were decent but a little too sweet for my taste. The biggest reason why I'm giving this a 1 star is because of the service and cleanliness (lack thereof) that my friends and I experienced here. read more

I pleasantly surprised with these cookies. I got Kentucky butter cake, peanut butter banana, and two sugar for the kids. Me and my wife both loved the Kentucky butter cake. It is soft but thick and the butter cream on top is smooth but not to sweet. The peanut butter banana was great too. The kids ate their cookies 1/2 at a time because they are a nice size. This was my first experience with this popular spot. My curiosity finally got the best of me. I entered shortly after lunch, not know what to expect. Ordering was done on an IPad like screen. Super easy. Not dealing with a human is great for those anti social, anxiety ridden folks. Ironically, the computer asked for a tip. There were two employees working that I noticed. While I waited and looked around, I noticed the place was pretty dirty. And I'm trying to be kind. Don't know if there was a lunch rush and they are getting ready to clean or not. But the place was near filthy. I was handed my cookies and I was off. I picked one of each cookie available. All were beyond sweet and not very tasty. The chocolate chip was really disappointing because even bad Chocolate chip cookies are good. This cookie was just missing something. It sure wasn't sugar. I've been to crumble many times, I wanted to check out this new location on their first day open. Firstly, I was greeted at the door by an employee and they were giving away free chocolate hip cookies for their grand opening. I'm not sure if it was a one time thing for their first day open or if they will always make them this way, but the chocolate chip cookies were bigger and fluffier than they usually are at Crumbl. I don't usually come to Crumbl for a simple chocolate chip cookie (although theirs are delicious) but if they're always going to make them that way at this location then I will definitely get one along with the weekly flavors. We also got a 4 pack of assorted cookies. I honestly feel like these were made nicer/ neater than I've seen them at the other locations I've been to. All of the employees were so kind and gave everyone a very warm welcome with a big smile, which I honestly don't see that much at the other locations. I'm a combination of disappointed and unimpressed, I'm unappointed. My fiancé and I got the 4 pack of cookies and a bottle of chocolate and regular 2% milk. We got an Apple Pie cookie, 2 Hazelnut Sea Salt cookies, and a Lemon Blackberry cookie. We tried the Hazelnut first. Okay so this should have been called the Nutella cookie because it's just absolutely filled and covered with Nutella. Like the cookie looked pregnant, there was so much Nutella, and it tasted like Nutella straight out of the jar. Hazelnut Sea Salt makes it sound like some Artisanal flavor when in reality I imagine that just literally syringed half a jar of the good stuff right into this poor defenseless sugar cookie. The bits with little to no Nutella were the best, everything else was overwhelming, and I'm a Hazelnut fan. Had they handmade their own Hazelnut spread or paste, it'd probably taste better, but this was just an underbaked sugar cookie dunked in a Hazelnut Jacuzzi. The Apple Pie cookie was baked even less, and it tasted like shortbread, which is really unfortunate because you would expect the dough to taste of apple or cinnamon itself, but it did not. It was falling apart just trying to pick it up. The apple filling on top was messy, and my shirt got covered in the Crumbl (tm) trying to eat it. It wasn't even particularly great, I've had better apple pies from McDonald's, as much as it pains me to say. I was really looking forward to this one. The lemon blackberry cookie had the best flavor in my opinion, it was floral and sweet, but not too sweet, unfortunately the dough was cold and hard, almost frozen even, as if I was supposed to cook it myself at home, which, had I done that, would have melted the top off (this would have happened to every cookie). Also very similar to a sugar cookie, which is again, unfortunate. Overall, there seems to only be one base batter for the cookies with the only really differences being shape and cook time, they cook it a little longer for the filled cookies, a little shorter for the topped cookies, and even less for the iced cookies, is how it seems, and I'm not really into it. I like crispy cookies and these cookies seem like they're cooked just enough to be somewhat stable, but they still fall apart in your hand. The cookies are also way too big, and they're overpriced even for what they are, they're oddly greasy and some of them are too sweet, not to mention sort of lazy. The store itself has a great aesthetic, love the boxing and decor, I'm really into the vibe, but these cookies are NOT it. They need to be cooked twice as long, half the size, and half the price. $24 for 4 mediocre cookies and 2 milks is pretty wild, hey, but at least I have enough Nutella for the week. read more
